Excellent value for money on my recent annual boiler service, prompt, efficient and overall great customer service.

It was from a neighbour who was having work done by one your engineers that I invited the engineer in to our home. He quite quickly diagnosed our central heating problems and within one week of his visit I had received a quote for the work needed and it being done. Our dealings with both the engineer and the office based member of the team were pleasant and efficient from start to finish. On the basis of our experience we would definitely consider them again for any problems with our central heating.

An engineer was sent out first thing the next day and the problem solved with minimal disturbance and at no extra cost after the call out fee. The engineer was polite and informative and the office were very helpful with a few post-appointment queries I had. Would highly recommend.
