I damaged my AquaJet Pro and called Customer services to see if I could source a spare part. After explaining my problem, they simply asked for my post code, name, etc. then informed my i was still within the guarantee period and said, the parts will be with you in 3/4 days. Very easy to deal with and I'm back up and running. 5 star service.

As usual, product information was clear and order process was relatively easy. Unusually, I never did get an update that the item was out for delivery and it was actually delivered a day earlier than originally estimated. I never did receive any "it's been delivered" notification?

I continuing niggle that seems to keep happening, is emails and address labels on the parcels are to Home, not my name. In the past, when I've raised the issue, it's corrected for a short time but then happens again? I've always used the same email account so it's a shame that my name is not always used for all email "titles", address labels etc?

No instructions for mini mop and have tried to long to fix it . Why doesn’t it come with instructions ?,,?

I use the loo cleaners that go into the cistern as I have 9 bathrooms to keep clean in a guest house. The limescale does not build up and the loos stay sparkling.
Delivery is always swift and I always buy them on BOGOFF to get a better buy.

I ordered 2 of the Fan-Tastic Fans and am very impressed. They are exactly as shown on the website and live up to all the claims on the website. It is a powerful fan, which isn't noisy, and the battery charge lasts all night and more. They are portable and can be put anywhere. Would definitely recommend this fan.

Easy to use website, with lots of offers and discounts on various products. Such useful ideas; I was told about quite a few products from friends who use this site. It was easy to place the order, got a discount code and my items were delivered in a couple of days all perfect. I am loving the pinkredible pads to clean with, my shower glass came up amazing.
