The team made the whole process very stress free especially because the house purchase was delayed several times. Excellent communication and quick to respond to questions. Highest praise
I chose Muve from a list of 5 conveyancers generated on a comparison site. It was against my better judgement as they sent the cheapest quote, and I believe that cheapest is rarely the best. However, once I'd looked into the reviews, which were excellent, I decided to put my sale in their hands.
Right from day one, I couldn't fault their speed and diligence. They kept me informed every step of the way. My account manager, Chanuka, emailed and called to introduce himself, as did my conveyancer, Charithma. The app worked well enabling me to keep an eye on the stage we were at and to safely upload and send important documents. The whole sale would have gone through in 8 weeks if it hadn't been for the fact that my buyer lived in the US and his solicitor was incredibly slow.
I loved hearing Chanuka's voice on the other end of the phone, with regular updates. He never failed to ask how I was and to wish me a happy week/weekend. As an account manager, he is a 5 star employee and a credit to the company.
Charithma was wonderful. She was very professional as well as being interested in my family and my life in general. She has a beautiful, gentle nature and showed genuine concern when I had family health problems, saying that she would pray for them, which was so lovely. Again, her professionalism was second to none and she is a shining example of what an employee should be to the company.
I would not hesitate to use Muve again in the future, and to recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great experience with Muve…
Great experience with Muve Conveyancing, thanks to Shalini (conveyer) and Pramia (account manager).
I had asked if the sale could be completed within two months instead of the usual three, and Shalini made that happen smoothly without any issues.
Pramita was brilliant at keeping me updated throughout even when there wasn’t anything urgent, he still checked in so I never felt like things had slowed down from me or from Muve’s team.
They both kept a close eye on the whole process, regularly chased the buyer’s conveyancer, and made sure I was always up to date.
Really appreciate all their help, and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

Good communication and punctual

The process was slow and I was falsely told exchange had officially occurred on a congratulating email, but it turned out it actually hadn’t. I was travelling out of the country the next day and it became a bit of a logistical nightmare.
