I was initially a little nervous after reading some reviews on some Reddit threads.
But all the glowing reviews seemed to mention Nathasha by name. I ended up upgrading to the light speed service (everything was going fine before that, but it made me feel better, and it was a relatively small amount of money to ensure everything went well).
My transaction ended up being moved to Nathasha & Udantha who were both excellent. Constantly chasing and staying on top of things - even when the other side were making things as slow and as painful as possible.
We ended up completing relatively quickly - all things considered. Nathasha & Udantha got our side ready to exchange in 7 days, only held up by the chain and things outside of our control.

I was very unhappy with the service that I had received, I paid for the fast track wasn't much faster , I needed to complain twice about the lack of communication as it was very poor , replying to phone calls and email days later , agreed weekly calls by account manager were not completed as planned and an overall disappointing and dissatisfied with the service I receive , although the conveyancer was very good in saying that I still haven't received deeds which I have requested and still no reply which is very disappointing and unprofessional.

We found Sumudu and Danver to be responsive, available, and skilled as they handled our house purchase. Sumudu was available to talk any time we contacted her, and we were kept well informed at every stage. We opted for the LightSpeed Upgrade, which aims to complete in five weeks. It costs a bit extra, but was worth it. Even though the transaction could not be completed in the five weeks we were proactively refunded for the extra time needed.

A very friendly and experienced set of staff. Each and everyone I came in contact with were very helpful and efficient. I couldn't have wished for better service and what normally takes 12 -14 weeks was completed in approx 10. I would recommend Muve without hesitation.

My mortgage offer was valid for 6 months and we are down to the wire as to whether it will go through. Lots of little extra charges which have been requested along the way circa £600 more than the quote. Mentioned by others. I suspect that you will demand a further fee to complete on time? Please dont reply with your stand we strive... because clearly there have been no improvements since the last 1 star reviews

I never seen such unprofessional team for property sale and purchase process lots of hidden fees unnessccessly delays to make more money if you want quick/fast response now received email after 5 months by council that your freeholder notice fees not paid yet as an final settlement but completion actually done.
remaining balances of utility service charges they ignored i mean how can they do it be professional?
