Speakers arrived fairly quick taking in to account they were coming from Europe.

SCAM - do not purchase from this company. They inadequately packaged an item to avoid damage during delivery. Then refused my claim and tried to blame the damage on me, even though i returned the item to them in the exact condition and packaging it was delivered in and through their own courier service.

The dragged the whole process out over and beyond the 30 day period seemingly so that they could ensure i have no rights to reclaiming my money. Other reviews indicate the same experience. DO NOT BUY FROM MUZIKER

The Bromo BAT 4 MCE is lovely, but this model is supplied with a padded bag, and mine was not, otherwise I'd have given 5 stars. I'm going to get another Bromo guitar, but from another dealer, only due to the bag not being supplied, sorry to say, and these things really do matter.

Great experience, delivery took a little while but well worth the wait.

Great price, well packaged bass that was out of stock everywhere else.

Delivery from Slovakia to Scotland in under 6 working days (9 days in total), just 1 day later than quoted but that was due to UPS not Muziker. Website Live Chat is good and responsive to enquiries, and the site link to tracking the parcel worked well. Would buy from Muziker again. Recommended!

My first order which was before Christmas didn’t arrive but that was down to UPS messing up the delivery, Muziker gave me £25 off my next order so I reordered and they arrive a week later. I live in the UK so they’re £250 cheaper than American Golf! Absolute bargain. Excellent quality of product

Easy to deal with, quick delivery, product as described, all round good experience, no hassle.

On the positive side the buying process was easy and the discount made the purchase very attractive. But whist I appreciate the purchase was over Christmas it still hasn’t arrived.The delivery date has already moved back by two days and from what I can see it’s still according to UPS in Nuremburg. Sadly this delay would make me think again from buying Muziker and paying such a high delivery cost.

I purchased a VST software plugin - Clarity VX, that I needed for a quick project , and I didn't get a working link.
I contacted Muziker who were polite, and said that they would check with the software supplier dept.
4 days later(!), I had to contact Muziker again due to no further response, and I was told that they couldn't sell me the software at the price that they had taken my money for, and would give me a refund. My time was completely wasted, and I couldn't get my project done in time.
So, I went to the official plugin maker, and they gave me a similar deal instantly. In future, this is what I will do every time. Why bother using this middleman?

I'm sure that the physical product side of their business is fine, but I won't be returning.

I ordered some lead free weights but some of them were damaged due to either bad packaging or broken before they were posted.

I bought a golf bag from Muziker eight months ago. They delivered it promptly, which was great. It broke about eight months ago and I tried to get it replaced by the manufacturer under their warranty, which didn't work. I then contacted Muziker who tried to replace it, but when they didn't have it in stock, refunded the cash immediately. Really positive experience, you can buy with complete trust from Muziker.
