Waste of time and money

Ordered two in stock items and it’s been two weeks and they haven’t shipped.
Also not responding to tickets.
Shit service, do not waste your money or time!!

Terrible customer service

Ensure that what you order is in stock. Otherwise, you may wait indefinitely, and if you cancel your order, you cannot get a refund. This is a very untrustworthy business. Stay away.

Ordered and paid for in stock items in…

Ordered and paid for in stock items in same city on Mon morning to be delivered by courier.

Sent ticket Wed morning asking why no action. No response. Wed arvo order updated to completed in their system. Get tracking email. OzPost cant see it.

Thu arvo send another query asking about order. No response. OzPost system sees it late Thu arvo.

Friday no product but at least now on the way. Couriered... who knows. It would seem not.

All this to get a product from one location to another in the same city.

Appalling lack of communication and service!

Will never use again.

Mwave would not honor sale price after making me wait days for a response from them.

After being directed to Mwave by an MSI representative as there was a suitable laptop on sale there, prior to purchase I asked Mwave if there were any other suitable laptops. I was told to be patient and after waiting for two days for a response, I was informed the only suitable laptop was the original MSI laptop I had mentioned but it was no longer on sale. Mwave were then not only dishonest but would not honor the sale price.

MSI 14" Laptop. I have bought quite a few items from MWAVE and they are always my #1 go to. I may admittedly compare prices but always end up buying from them. They have a great selection and their prices are competitive.

Ordered a product

Ordered a product, website sayd 3-5 days dispatch it arrived 2 weeks later. they blame supplier, however blaming 3rd parties doesn't change the promise to customer written on their website. asked for partial compensation and was offered 10 dollars store credit on a 600 dollar item.
pretty pathetic.
don't use em.
i understand supply issues. but its not my issue when u expect an item by a date, and if not its fine do the write thing and give me 100 dollars back.

i could of gone to jbhifi if i known and bought the item on the spot.

zero stars.

One of the worst online retailers

One of the worst online retailers. Placed an order online on 28th July, the website says the product is available at Supplier and will take 6 - 8 business days dispatch. I paid $10 for standard shipping.
Made payment online, they took 2-3 business days to confirm payment and move the order status from "Pending Payment" to "Processing".
After that the status never changed from Processing. I tried contacting their customer support and I got the response stating there are delays with the supplier and can expect the product to be delivered in the 3rd week.
I left an online message and I get a response a week later. Even after 4 weeks there was no update on the order and it was still stuck in Processing.
I noticed the same product is available on Amazon and with next day delivery for just $7.99 shipping. I then lost my patience and called up the customer care to cancel the order.
The rep for some reason says he needs approval from his product manager to cancel the order to check if the supplier allows cancellation of the order. I informed the rep that I had nothing to do with his product manager or the supplier and asked him to cancel the order.
Now for refund, they are asking for all the proof that I had made the payment.
I'm still waiting for my refund.

Why would anyone take so much pain to order stuff from such a crappy website where there is no control on the supplier and the customer service is pathetic?

gone to shit

Used to be a good store, now staff are hopeless and the only way to get your order delivered is to threaten to have a chargeback issued against your card/paypal for lack of supply.

No way to ask for an update on livechat or by phone, have to lodge a ticket which staff ignore until you threaten them with taking your money back forcefully.

Customer service is not hard, just do not ignore customers. Scorptec will be getting my business from now on as they have good service still.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Stay well clear. They are bankrupt and not honouring the sales despite been bought out by another company and assuring that they will honour the sale. I ordered an item 6 weeks ago and still no sign of it. A week ago they send a tracking number which is also bogus! You can't get refunds as the parent company went bankrupt. They will gladly offer you a refund in the full knowledge that they don't have to honour it. Bunch of crooks

It was a simple

It was a simple, quick process and there was no hassles around delivering. I live on an island in North QLD and we can struggle with delivery difficulties and cancelled orders but not with Mwave.

No response to orders after being bought out

I was really excited for my new order. They did contact me the day after I ordered, as one part was incorrect. I paid straight away and I have heard nothing since. I have emailed and used the support board for weeks with no response. I have now had to raise a claim through the bank. I really do recommend doing your research on the day. This company was purchased by another company rating badly on this platform. Social media pages for the companies indicate many people are concerned. At this point in time I recommend buying elsewhere.

First your company did not notify the customer that your product is out of stock. Second, It took your company more than 3 weeks to get back to your customer that you can't fulfill the product. Then you ask your customer to wait indefinitely because you don't know when you can get the product in stock. Your customer asks for a refund and you are telling me that there is no guarantee that I will get my money back?

Offer me a "gesture of goodwill" for free express shipping and 10% off? Bro I waited more than 3 weeks to not even get a notice until I started to follow up. You gotta be kidding me Mwave.

Took my money, never received what I've paid for. Keeping my money and tell me I should wait indfinitely? This sounds like the biggest scam to me. This is not how you do business.

Thieves

I have 2 seperate orders, yet neither one has been dispatched.

It's been two weeks now with my orders stuck on processing. Everything was in stock when I placed my order.

Even with a change of ownership, there shouldn't have been a delay of this magnitude.

I've cancelled my order today but lord only knows when I'll get my two grand back.
