Has been quite helpful to shift my mindset and start focusing on myself

So far it's relatable to me. I just started reading, I'm fine with just chats, as long as I can express myself it's good for me and addmile has all the features I need. There is also a 1:1 session video session, it's not free but very affordable.

no videos just small articles shi** service. no refund as they in terms of condition they only give refund if the product is defective And failed to deliver.
Don’t expect refund
It is a scam. They charged the second month and when o tried to login to cancel the subscription they said my subscription was not active. So I paid it again the same day just to login in and cancel it. I sent an email asking for my refund and now I can’t hear back from them, it seems I will need to cancel my card so they don’t charge me the 3rd time.
I woke to being charged by this scam this morning. I couldn’t tell you what is even on the site because I must have signed up and forgot all about it and never used it. So they say you get a 7 day free trial and then will be charged $14.99 except they charge you $50. I reached out to their support team and was told it was because $14.99 is only for “new” customers and it had been 30 days. They didn’t care that they had overdrawn my account. For being a company that is supposed to help people they don’t do anything but add to your stresses.
TLDR; it’s a poor quality, lazy site with resources that could be valuable if there was effort.
I purchased access to the site, did not purchase coaching.
I wouldn’t say this is a scam, but it is an effort from someone to make as much money as possible with as little effort as possible. I suspect someone spent a week or two using chaptGPT to find and create the content and asked a friend or two who’s interested in mental health to act as coaches.
The site is a small collection of valuable mental health resources. There are only 4 options in the menu (Guidelines, Courses, Development Plans and Coaching, coaching costs extra).
There are only 4 “guidelines”, which are downloadable pdfs. Each is about 4 pages long, they have many typos and in one, there’s two of the same page. Very sloppy.
There are 25 “courses”. These typically have 5 chapters with about 5 pages per chapter (2-5 sentences on each page). The content is valuable, but the quality is very poor, with many typos and poor writing that shows it was written by an ESL person who did NOT get editing help.
The development plans are the meatiest. There are only 4, each is about 10 pages detailing daily or weekly steps of a four week plan to do “personal development”. The content isn’t bad and could even be helpful, but again, considerably sloppiness and lack of care (e.g. poor formatting numbered lists, one list has both bullet points and numbers in it, instead of 1. 2. 3., the list was -. -. 1.)
The only thing that is somewhat redeeming is that they have collected topics that are valuable and provide short summaries in these topics. It makes this a resource to help you skim what kind of supports catch your eye so you can go out and find better quality resources on more specific topics.

I bought an service with them to help me out with some personal issues. I had chosen the option to pay for this service monthly and they charged me for the whole price through my bank account data instead. Today after few months without any information from the site, they charged me the double the price of the service I had bought few months ago with the statement of renewing the subscription, once I did not even have time to start the sessions I bought. Be careful with services on internet and especially by social media. They offer something quite differently from what they inform and use your bank account for that without any chance of refunding. I had to cancel my card for stop them of charging me. It is a scam which they keep on charging you including confusing terms of agreement that do not allow you to fairly attend customers.
Don't waste your money. These guys will take it and do nothing for you.
They made me look at things differently and that was all i need to figure out myself, Lady who were helping me were super polite and caring, if you read this, biggest Thank You! Also some guides to read, quite insightful and very helpful.
Scam. It’s 15 minutes worth of reading and crappy chat support. How is this information you can just Google supposed to be new helpful methods to cope etc

Thats a scam. No support at all. Ther os only some material uploaded which can be read within 20 minutes. Chat takes several minutes to get an answer. I wanted some support regarding work life balance but it took my a lot of time for nothing. I was just waiting in the line to get some tips that I already know.
They also charged 50 euro although I was offerred a 7 day trial for 1 Euro. And they do not want to cancel immediately. I habe to wait for the cancellation. I expect that they will not do it.

Company is based in Cyprus.
Suspected the therapists were AI, but they said they weren’t.
All reviews here cite the same therapists I had (how do the same therapists help so many people?).
Had my one-on-one zoom call for 30 minutes and received my “personal” growth plan. It was a copy & paste word doc.
Was advised to quit as the platform couldn’t help me.
They got their money from me. Mission accomplished.
If you’re struggling with mental health, this is NOT your app.
I signed up to AddMile recently to work on my goals and overcome procrastination and I've had amazing service from them - especially Julia and Daniela. Their coaching knowledge is top level, and their support is so helpful to stay on track with my progress. I highly recommend AddMile! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I just want to say a massive thank you to Coach Olha. She was very kind and really cared about what I had to say. I have some anger issues that affect work. I'm not sure if I had to blow off some steam or if there was really a problem.
Nevertheless, I intend to keep working with Olha to see what’s really going on. Nothing but good stuff to share so far.

Very happy with the coaching. The team is all the time there to give some advice or encouragement.
Hightly recomend to everybody that need some entourage and improve organisation.
Good feedback when you need it.
Maybe difficult to get in (i didnt have any difficulty)
But i can assure you that as soon as you are logged they answer you personally in matter of minutes.
Special thanks to Julia and Daniela

I can’t even sign up. I picked the plan I want and then it gives me a blank page. I can’t even pay to get my plan. Can’t contact anyone or anything. Guess they don’t want my business.

Signed up and was sent an email to login, although I hadn't set or even been given a password, so requested to reset password. The email never came and all I have is the option to re-enter the information I've already done. Can't find a customer support contact and my trial finishes in 7 days.
Update - someone did get back to me but with the mishap and confusion concerning me I just decided to cancel with three days left of my trial. I received an email confirming I’d cancelled, however two days later I’ve received a notification from my bank that they’ve just taken the payment anyway!!?? I’m now having to call my bank to cancel the transaction but they can’t do anything until it’s gone through, which is frustrating! Updated again - not only that, but I have been charged TWICE!!?? What kind of company are they operating??
