Ordered the books before the Christmas deadline of 14 of Dec but still have not received them by the 2nd of Jan.

The company uses misleading domain names. I intentionally picked a company with a domain name for the country I am in to avoid this exact scenario but the company is actually based abroad.

If there is an issue with the shipping, this should be addressed by the company. The delivery companies are a subcontractors of the company and a poor choice of delivery company attests to how little the company thinks to their customers.

A company should not create custom Christmas presents if they are unable to fulfillthe business orders to a sufficient standard at that time of year.

My Christmas themed books will be pointless if they ever arrive in January. The children I got the books for got a different last minute present, which means I've had to pay twice.

Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them. I still have not heard anything back from them either.

Not received the book... apparently something went wrong in the printing... Hmmm. I'm still waiting. 20% off my next order doesn't cut it, because there isn't going to be a 'next order'!

Stunningly presented personalised books, lovely colourful pictures and a simple storyline.
An excellent gift

Honestly one of the best sentimental presents purchased at Christmas. Gave them to the children Christmas Eve for them to both read to us before bed. Their little faces beamed as they read out their names. Both Stories were magical. Have recommended to friends and family. 10/10

Very pleased with this delightful personalised book which I bought as a gift for my granddaughter. It's my first time using My Best Book and I was very pleased with the service and communication on the progress of my order and the quality of the book itself. I would recommend this company.

Lovely books with lovely illustrations and stories

you would have got a 5 star but the frozen book lacked some customization options that the rest had. also the back of the books having big plastered advertisment on them didnt look great maybe a smaller logo in a corner.

Such a great selection, I changed my mind several times. Then I realised there are birthdays as well as Christmas! As a former primary school teacher I was a bit anxious about the quality of the stories. I needn't have worried as both the books I ordered are delightful. My granddaughters are going to love them!

Ordered santa letters for my grandchildren on 27/11/24.
It is now 13/12/24 and still not received them.
Contacted company on 12/12/24 who have said they will reprint and send again but i cannot see these coming by Christmas now, which is the whole point of santa letters.

Update. The stock answer of "It's Christmas" simply isn't good enough the original order was placed pm 27th November giving plenty of time. The reprint you promised has yet again not arrived and it is now the 23rd December. So I will not be getting this in time for Christmas which is the whole point of santa letters. Simply not good enough. I wish a refund on this order as it is now not fit for purpose.

The book was well made of quality materials, nice printing and pictures. However I did not enjoy or like the story and won’t be giving it my granddaughter for Christmas. I wasn’t aware that it would be a translation and it didn’t translate well.
