Scam!! Do not deal with them!!
This website is a scam. I shipped them my book in good, usable condition and they rejected it, claiming it had "water damage". It had no water damage when I shipped it and I shipped it in a plastic water-resistant envelope. They are liars. They are now forcing me to pay to have my book shipped back. Ridiculous! If I don't pay them they will probably sell it anyway and cheat me out of the money. Stay FAR FAR AWAY!!!!
P.S. Ignore their reply. They just want to justify their crooked policies. Also if they find water damage they should pay to ship it back if it's so hard to see.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note we do not purchase books with liquid damage. A lot of times, water or liquid damage can be towards the back of the book, especially in the index. This can be easy to miss if you do not check the whole book for liquid damage.
I was skeptical of using Mybookcart…
I was skeptical of using Mybookcart because of some of the negative reviews, but I decided to go for it anyway since they offered the most money for my 2 books. The books were in excellent shape. They received my books and sent me a check for the amount quoted in a timely manner. My experience was great and I will use them again.

Beware - Do not sell them your textbooks.
I recently sold a book to them that I had a concern with. Their webpage indicated that the book in question was a paperback and not a loose-leaf edition that I had. I called their customer service line and was assured so long as the ISBN number matched, there would be no problems. A few days later I received about 25% of what I was expecting and was told that the sale was rejected since it was not a paperback edition. I messaged them to cancel the sale and request my book to be shipped back but its been 2 weeks and their customer service are not helpful in resolving this issue.

Please do not use the ISBN on the copyright page, as the publishers will re-use the ISBN for the paperback or hardcover version. Do not use this ISBN. The correct ISBN for Loose Leaf version textbooks is located on the front or back cover above the barcode. On every packing slip that is printed from our website it states "If you are selling back a Loose Leaf textbook, please make sure the correct ISBN is used to receive a quote. The correct ISBN is located on the front or back cover above the barcode. Our website will state "Loose Leaf" in the bibliographic data when the correct ISBN is used. The correct ISBN and binding must be mailed to receive the offer quoted".
