Beautiful gift and great customer service
Bought as a gift for my mum. The ordering process was easy however I accidentally ordered something which I did not want. Bookeez sorted this out immediately and I received the photo book quicker than I had expected. The photos are clear and the book is a gorgeous gift. My mum loves it. Great customer service and great quality item.

Ruined father's day
Ordered something for father's day and it arrived almost a month later. It ended up being sent back by the post office since I was not home. They told me I had to pay another 10 bucks for re-shipping and no refund either. I never got the father's day gift or ever received my package. They suck. 😭😭😭

Your order was correctly processed and sent out within the appropriate time frame but due to a failed delivery attempt, the package was returned to your local Post office. Since the package was not picked up after an extended period of time, it was returned to us.
We always share the tracking number with our customers so that they can check on the status of the shipments from their end and avoid these kinds of situations. We hope that you understand that we did not have any ill intentions and that your order was processed correctly which is why we offered to re-send your order if you agree to cover the re-sending fee which you did not agree to. 😊

Love these keepsake books
I love this company! Small keepsake books are so cute! Customization is easy! And there is a variety of covers to choose from. I ordered one for my husband for Valentine’s Day. I loved it and placed another order; a duplicate for myself. I have already ordered two more books for both my daughters and expect as the need arises, I will order more! You won’t be sorry about this purchase. Also, shipping time is reasonable. It arrived much quicker than I wax expecting!

BEST GIFT EVER
It was beyond evident that each and every book, had lots of hard work and time put into them! I got 4 for my friends as Christmas gifts and each one blew me away and my friends away. Scam. Purchased item on 12/05/2023. It is now 12/23/2023 and there is no updates on order. I contacted them and received no response. I tried their chat and got no response. I am not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. Perhaps they are bots. DO NOT BUY
Update: The item was finally shipped out to me after 3 months of waiting. I did receive an email from them apologizing for not responding to my email and for the late order.
I did contact FedEx and I gave them the information requested. I am not sure what happened there.
Anyway, to say that the shipment was done correctly and in a timely manner is just a lie. This order was done in Dec 23.
Thanks for sending it eventually. I appreciate that.

We always share the tracking details with our customers so that they can check on the status of the shipment directly at the Postal, or in this case, on the Fedex website and make sure that they obtain their packages.
Both Fedex and us tried reaching out to you multiple times because the parcel was held at your customs and needed your attention in order to be released and sent out for delivery. Since no response was provided, your parcel was returned to us.
We're sorry that you did not receive your order and are still pending your reply to our latest inquiry about what can be done in order to mend this.
We hope you understand that your order was correctly processed and shipped out within an adequate time frame and that the parcel returned to us because it was not picked up while in your country. We also hope that you will re-consider our offer and hope to hear from you soon! 😊

We can see that we replied to your email inquiry as soon as we noticed it, within 48 hours, which was actually around the time you left your review. 😊
We always send the order confirmation email and the tracking details to our customers as soon as we receive them from the Postal service. We also made every possible effort to expedite the delivery of your order as much as we could so that it would reach you as quickly as possible.
