My Dentist - Southport - simply the best!!
Being new to the area and not a fan of dental visits it was quite daunting to select a dental practice. I did my research and telephoned a fair few prior to this one. First impressions count for me and the reception team at my dentist Southport provided a personable, friendly, efficient service from the first sentence spoken to the "see you again" goodbye! Paula answered all my initial concerns with honesty and without haste. On arrival for my hygienist appointment both Paula and Amanda were kind and knowledgeable so I knew what to expect during my appointment. The hygienist and nurse were also fabulous, taking time to explain each step. Sooo pleased with my clean, bright teeth - cant stop smiling 😁 Thank you MyDentist, Southport

Arrived as a new registered NHS patient and the dentist refused to do the filling ( lower front tooth) and a potential bridge stating that was private work. Never returned AND NEVER WILL.

Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service with a poor attitude at reception. I simply needed to arrange an appointment and was told my reason was 'not a valid reason'. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

Positive Dental Treatment
Attentive reception staff that provided a positive check-in experience. Appointment was serviced on time and treatment prompt and it did not feel rushed, just relaxed. Dental treatment can be stessful but I am always put at ease throughout the duration of the appointment. Arranging for the next check-up was simple with a choice of dates. With the location in central Salisbury it was easy to attend although for those with mobility challenges it could prove more difficult as it reached by multiple sets of stairs.

My dentist, Barton Rd, Torquay
My dentist is on Barton Road, Torquay.
The admin/reception team polite and friendly.
My dentist is rare, an NHS dentist, Mr Jaffal.
He and his colleague were welcoming and friendly and, as you would expect, the room was spotless, bright and modern.
My last visit found one tooth with a problem. Mr Jaffal it might be beyond rebuilding, and might have to be removed. After a discussion we agreed he would rebuild it, though it might not last and would still need to be removed. Around 2 years later it is still there, he did a brilliant job!
Would highly reccomend
