I’ve always been terrified of dentists…
I’ve always been terrified of dentists from past experiences throughout my life (I’m in my 70s) Going to these dentists is not scary at all! You are met by friendly receptionists and dentists! Usually appointments are right on time. Modern techniques are generally painless. These dentists are very gentle! They don’t criticise you but offer friendly advice. I’m never afraid of going. Hope this helps anyone who needs a good dentist.

The team put my mind at ease immediately, talked me through everything before any work.
Never felt a thing, all done in 25 mins including stitches.

Poor service, spam emails
Poor service, always looking to add on costs where possible, invited me for treatment that they couldn't then carry out locally. I left the practice and despite mailing them on several occasions to stop contacting methey continue to spam me for making appointments.
Oh and if you bother to reply please do not suggest contacting the local practice manager, I really want nothing to do with your company ever again. I now have a wonderful new dentist who is not obsessed with lining their pockets at my expense.

Had a veneer payed £580 within 2 months it chipped went back Muhammad blamed me .charged me £60 to fill it lasted a day. went back payed a nother £500 for a nother veneer chipped again replaced it this time fell out fixed again fell out fell out over newyear made appointment for the next day wanted to charge me £27 to stick it in again .fell out again they uses cheep materials because I refused to pay for it to be glued back in they had a debt company sending me letters a week latter
