Firstly, we loved the concept and the bracelets are great. Fast forward 6 months and 3 days and our animal (Penguin) is no longer tracking. I emailed support to be told that tacking is guaranteed for up to 6 months...seriously, we are on 6 months and 3 days and no tracking. The 3 days is key here as tracking is apparently upto 6 months. My daughter is now upset she can't track the Penguin but its OK, we have been advised we can buy another. I don't want to buy another so I feel it has been a waste of money and they just want us to buy more. We have another ao now we've hit 6 months I expect something will happen to that too.

I love how I can see where she is but I just wish I could see exactly where she is like if she is in the Pacific Ocean or something like that I also wish that I could see her swimming in the water and not just see one picture of her.

My poor little shark barely moves. Which made me question the app and think it's a scam.

I get that the elephants are delayed but you could put it on the packaging. I’ve always wanted one of the bracelets and now that I have the elephant one I’m wondering if it was worth it and if the other animals are also delayed.

I love getting notified when my animal(s) have moved and just being able to see their movements at all. It’s so cool!

Anything with conservation of animals or nature, I’m in. Absolutely adore the different bracelets and the animal card you receive. I’m constantly looking for updates on their movements and if they are growing in family’s. Love Fahlo app and the company as a whole for creating a system where you not only help with preservation of animals but also you get immersed into their environments and habitats. The brackets are cute and also well made. Highly recommend!

First of all I would like to mention that the whole point of Fahlo is to support their conservation efforts. Fahlo is dedicated to working on preserving habitats and providing care for the worlds most endangered wildlife. The tracking bracelets, cards, and plushies are just a beautiful bonus. I found Fahlo on Instagram and bought quite a few bracelets okay I went a bit crazy but anyway. I love that you can track an animal but I am also very aware that animals can die, trackers can fall off and things can go wrong. With that being said I just enjoy the time I have and appreciate my bracelets as well as gifting them to others. I also enjoy their tracking app and the ease of use especially for the elderly. Fahlo is legitimate and their cause is heartwarming. I highly recommend Fahlo to everyone who loves wildlife and sealife.

I love it, the only thing I think it can fix is when you order a bracelet to give you a tracker thing, so I can see where my order is, but other than that it's great im in love with it.
