Was worried after reading some reviews about bait and switch. Partly true. Didn’t get the tickets at the price I thought I was getting but even though price doubled it was still half the price of the airlines. So I still feel like I did ok. And I did get confirmation from the airline itself.

Beware this site lures you in with low prices you think you booked a cheap flight and then they call you later to say those tickets are no longer available and then try to book you at double the price you thought you already had then when you cancel the tickets you thought you had they are very rude

Booked a great deal online, they called the next day saying the flight is not confirmed and was a special deal that is sold out. With that deal we wouldn't be able to sit together and wouldn't get to bring bags. The next best option was the same I could've gotten through delta and was twice the price. Complete joke!

My Flight Mart found airfare at a rate I could not find at all for a group of 8. I responded to their pop-up chat window and Rick was very helpful. 24hr free cancellation is a plus since we are coordinating a group. Just need to nail down seat assignments.

The only downside was that they could not find direct flights but Phoenix to Ft. Lauderdale doesn't have a lot of options in that regard.q

This is my first experience with "My Flight Mart". Every other site wanted 2 to 3 thousand dollars and for the same flight "My Flight Mart" was able to find tickets for just 1 thousand. Quite a difference! Duke Cristopher, support team member, was very friendly and professional. He help walk us through the booking process. I will definitely use "My Flight Mart" again!

Perry was amazingly helpful! This is a unique way to book a flight, but he was clear with the process the whole way through. He was courteous enough to call me back to confirm the delivery of tickets and assist with seat assignments. On top of it all, Perry has jokes! This man is funny! All in all, we ended up saving around $500 even with the price increase from the basic economy seating. 10/10 will use again! Perry, I’ll get you that souvenir from the trip!

Terry, ext. 1007, was very helpful when I called and asked about Economy versus Economy Main Cabin pricing. He was patient in his explaining on why Economy tickets were at the deeper discount. I decided to go with Main Cabin ticket ever though that is not what I had originally selected on the website when I did my booking. Terry was still able to get me a ticket price that was $200 below what I was finding on the other big sites like expedia. Job well done, Terry!
