I made a terrible mistake with the dates of the flight I was booking for my grandson. As soon as I pressed 'book the flight' I realized I was off by a month. I immediately called the 1 800 number for My Flight Mart and was lucky enough to get Sam as a representative. He worked really hard to calm me down and reassure me that he could cancel the original booking and book the flight for the correct dates. He gave me his personal extension number in the event I had any further questions. I called him back a couple of times and each time he was very patient, professional and polite. He is exactly the kind of employee a company like this needs to walk people like me through the process when it's new to them. This company has a real asset in Sam. I hope they know it.

Get you in on a low price online and after you make plans, myflightmart.com cancels if you don't take the upgrade.

Alek Miller was extremely patient and helpful. Had complications with a previously booked flight and Alek was able to rebook my flights with ease and was absolutely amazingly helpful. All class from this professional.

It was great to find a good price for our flights, though it wasn't as low as initially quoted. The initial flight quote was for seats that ended up being promotional seats that were not available. But Sam helped me book the same flight at a higher, though still discounted rate.

Getting the confirmation email from the airline took a a few hours. I called Sam to ensure that all was OK and was able to confirm the booking directly on the airline website once I did receive the confirmation email.

I do not know why the reservation processing takes a long time, but my only suggestion is t shorten this time so the traveler does not experience anxiety or doubt that the flights are booked. Other than that, the experience was good and Sam was very helpful and reassuring.

I booked my flights online through myflightmart.com yesterday. I started having booking remorse as I needed more time for layover and hopefully an earlier return flight as well. I called the customer service number and spoke with Jairo. He was SO HELPFUL in finding me the flights I was very happy with at a very reasonable price. He immediately made the itinerary changes and sent me a confirmation email. Once I received the confirmation email I called Jairo right back to agree to the new terms. Everything was set and I want to say I was extremely happy with the customer service My Flight Mart provided, and especially happy with my particular agent, Jairo. I highly recommend using My Flight Mart - it was a great experience!

This website is a scam. They offer prices they can’t honored. Like a few other reviews I paid for our tickets and 3 days later they called saying they don’t have the tickets anymore but they can give me another option for $150 more per ticket. Don’t waste your time in this website.

Very bad experience
I booked my flights and got a confirmation number. 3 days later they called me to tell me that the airline didn’t accept the price. From 236 dlls they tried to charge me over 380 dlls
Do mot trust them.

I saw site n prices caught my attention. But they called n said not available. But offer sumthng different. I pray I get confirmation n tickets cause others said this site is a scam. Will definitely do another review after I get confirmation n tickets.
