Excellent shopping experience

Went into the shop in Manchester for a bag and left with a Bergtargen jacket. Forgot to buy the bag so ordered it online and arrived within the week. So impressed we went back for another bag. Great service from great staff.

Paid extra for next day delivery it did not arrive for a week. I was on holiday when it arrived returned item to my fox bag. They have given me store credit instead of refund which I requested I have sent three email’s and not had a single reply. Looks like I’m going to get my credit card company to contact them !

Beware

Price changed at checkout from the price advertised on the site. Didn’t notice until I was emailed the order breakdown. I emailed them to complain and was asked to provide a screenshot to prove my issue which I duly emailed back. Long story short, they are sticking to what they charged me so here I am. If you do have to order from this lot then I strongly advise that you double check the cost at checkout and avoid any “innocent” mistakes.

Very poor aftercare!

I bought a very expensive rucksack from here for my daughters school bag. She doesn't do regular school hours due to out of school commitments. She started her academic year toward the end of October, after a couple of uses she noticed the zip wasn't fully functional (kept getting stuck and not opening) i reported this to My Fox bag as soon as my daughter told me that day (Only two months after purchase! and had only been used 4 times). I was told to return the bag for inspection, it was inspected then i was told it would be sent of to see if it could be repaired. I was contacted saying repair was not possible. within this three week period my daughter needed a functional school bag so had to buy another from a store so she had one to use instantly. I then received an email saying the bag wasn't able to be repaired and told i had a voucher to uses at this store only... I didn't want a credit note i needed my money back to compensate the new bag i had to purchase. I felt very cheated and let down by the company My Fox bag. I paid £85 for a bag that was defective and am now stuck with a voucher and extremely out of pocket. I advise people to avoid purchasing from here. The customer service team are very unhelpful and lack any compassion towards its customers. I always believe a companies true colours a shown when a problem needs addressing!

This is a lovely shop selling high end bags

This is a lovely shop selling high end bags, such as Fjällräven Kånken and clothing. I bought gifts for my son, who was very happy too. The price was excellent, everything arrived beautifully packaged and quickly. Very pleased with the experience. I can recommend and would buy from My Fox bag again.

Their email is constantly full. No refund. Credit card issuer returned the money.

Their email is constantly full. Could not get the promised refund. I had to turn behalf credit card issuer to get money back. They did not have the product at all that I bough from webshop.

I visited Fjallraven in Sheffield

I visited Fjallraven in Sheffield last weekend, was meet by an assistant dancing, anyway being short in the leg and a bit on the waist, I asked for a pair of Keb trousers, " no problem sir try these on I think that's your size" tried on and perfect so a big Thankyou to Connor and the crew at Sheffield, will definitely shop there again.
