The service was fine. I kinda panicked regarding using card but did not asked for a security code. I think it’s important to be able to secure customer’s privacy and accounts.

Lovely lovely team. Helped me in every way they could with a delivery issue that meant I wouldn't have my bag for my holiday. Got me another out same day (I bought it, but I but Skye personally made sure it hit goods out on time for next day) AND resolved the original issue so I coukd return the other bag. Won't be buying from anybody else! Thank you ❤️

Fast delivery, but I wasn't able to track it till it reach the mail.

There are no offline Fjällräven shops in our country, so I found this one online, verified its authenticity through various sources, and made my first order. Then the second, and the third… totaling six! 😜

MFB shipped my orders within a day or two after payment, and I received my bags here in Kazakhstan in 8 to 10 days! That was really fast!

An overall amazing experience. Ordered the Kanken no.2 laptop 15", and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The bag condition is perfect, very well packaged and the delivery (international via express delivery) is very prompt as well (3 business days). Would definitely be ordering again in the future. Fast delivery

I ordered and received a bag that was/is lovely but I had some queries about bag size/measurements and after messaging about this I got a prompt response and shared several exchanges with member of staff Sue. I also heard from Phoebe and Lucy.
Sue was helpful and thoughtful and took the trouble to look into my question and offer some ideas and suggestions;
Prompt, polite, considerate and the real life touch although we actually never spoke.
I will use this company again and on my experience would recommend them.
Now I am going to try out and enjoy my bag..

Love Fjallraven's jackets but can't buy them here in IL, needed a new one for a trip to Europe coming next week and was worried about the delivery time.
To my surprise it turns out these guys mean business, the fastest delivery I ever experienced, everything came as expected. Highly recommended!

I ordered a pricey backpack. The mail delivered it incorrectly and got stolen within 2 days of delivery.

The way the customer service handled this was shocking. A rude email reply with no promise of a refund or a new product sent. So lost just under 100£. Worst website ever ordered on. This has never happened to me and trust me have been ordering lots online. Beyond disappointing.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I spoke to Ruby at your customer service and she has been the most helpful and polite person to deal with, always clear and with a very quick response. And I would like to place my thanks on record.

I had no idea this company existed until a few days ago and I’m so glad I found them! I’ve wanted a Kanken backpack for years and they have every colour and design just like on the Fjällräven website! Pricing is really good and managed to get a discount which was a bonus! Delivery took 2 days which is amazing and I’m so happy with my new Kanken! Will definitely be returning to this store!
