They responded to me and returned my money to me with ease and respect.

Me salió comprar en línea con descuento una máquina de café en una tienda en mi país, realicé el pago y me suscribieron a la página de mygamingitem.com sin mi autorización. Me he comunicado con soporte y me dicen: "Lamentablemente, no podemos reembolsar los cargos anteriores ya que la suscripción está especificada en nuestros Términos y Condiciones" sin embargo, yo no solicité esta suscripción. Y a pesar de haber solicitado eliminarla el pasado 24-02 hoy me vuelve a llegar un correo indicando que me harán un nuevo cargo en 3 días.

Recibí este correo y solicitan que cambie la nota del rewiew para proceder con el "reintegro":

Beware of this fraudsters. They will charge you a suscription fee that you did not order and when you ask for a refund, first they will ask you in a very extorting way that you "Write a brief review, such as “Nicholan is in touch and helping to resolve the issue.”, “Helpful Support”, “Issue is being handled well”.
Stay away from this scammers and report them to the authorities.

Update: The so called "request 5128024" insist that I am to blame for the unsolicited suscription and insist on a favorable review:

Update Feb 18. This scammers have no shame!

Update Feb 20, 2025:
This felons charged me again and they are "sorry for the inconvenience". I must add that I have reported them again to my bank and the corresponding authorities.

Update on Jun 8 2025, they still insist but no refund.

What a scammers!

The company must communicate to the member before deducting the money and also comfirm the purchase or the order that has been placed. I want to cancel my membership because now I am facing this problem
