Following my review of this company they have contacted me to explain that they had read my review and they offered a partial refund of 10 EUR back to my account for me to delete the bad review posted on Trustpilot and to kindly note that once I had deleted the review, they will go ahead to refund me the remaining amount.
If this company has a moral compass or customer values it would not hold a person who unknowingly signed up to ransom.
My personal opinion would be to avoid !
