Had one as a gift but it came with no instructions, company took weeks to reply to me. Ordered 3 on 1st sept and still waiting despite delivery saying 5-14 days,they are for a leaving gift so will now be late when and if they ever arrive, no response to my message asking about the order and still no tracking info. The globes are beautiful but customer service seriously needs looking at as does the delivery times. Really disappointing. 28th Sept Still not delivered and still no response to numerous e mails 3rd October, still waiting and still no response to my e mails. Further update its now 19th Oct, 39 days after I ordered the items and still no sign of them and not one response to any of my emails. Wish I could give less than 1* 18th oct finally arrived this morning 7 weeks after I ordered them but totally un useable as none came with any power leads !!!!🤬

So disappointed. Ordered 3 of these glowbes three weeks before Christmas as a gift. It finally arrived over a week in to January (more than 4 weeks later). None of the kits has any instructions or links to videos. Its virtually impossible to put them together by 'guessing'. I've tried emailing twice, and also contacted via Facebook - absolutely zero response of any kind. Worst customer service ever. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

After being sent the incorrect base for the Ferris Wheel (which was frustrating) I was reasonably happy with the service. Having built the Ferris wheel, much more tricky than the other two I noticed it kept unlocking (was told by myglowbe it was my fault although was also told I had built the others really well) and spinning wonky. I tried to fix this and ruined the fragile wheel. I requested another (card cut out) pack from the company - no response.
Shame - I would have bought more but will now look elsewhere. Agree with others they are a bit overpriced even with the 3 for 2 deal.

I ordered a kit as a Christmas present on 15 December, and am still waiting for it to be delivered on 10 January. Two emails to customer services have met with no response, though I did receive a presumably automated email on the morning of Christmas Day which excitedly told me that 'my order will be with me soon!' It wasn't.

I ordered 3 Glowbe lights as Christmas presents and have been really happy with the service received. They quickly sent me the option to download and print the instructions which were missing and are replacing a globe that had unfortunately broken in-between me wrapping it and my friend opening it. One of the Glowbe's was for a 12 year old and she was able to make it by herself and is really happy with it so I think as long as you follow the instructions they are easy to assemble and it's definitely part of the experience.

I'll be making hints about getting one for my birthday :-)

I really liked the look of these but i wasn't sure if I'd be able to make it especially after seeing a few comments saying it was difficult to make... I'm useless with anything practical but I found these to be a fun little project. They were easy enough for me and the kiddos to figure out! The finished globes look amazing and make the house really Christmassy so the kids are all excited now - great!

Firstly, the positives. I ordered the carousel kit. The first one arrived with a broken glass globe, which was courteously replaced . The kit has obviously been well thought through and the instructions (I used the YouTube option but there are written ones as well) are excellent.

The downsides: Be aware of what you're getting into when making the paper model that is the centrepiece of the globe. This is very small, fiddly and intricate so be prepared for that. The instruction video shows the builder using a solvent-based glue and metal tweezers - but my kit arrived with a small tube of normal PVA adhesive and plastic tweezers both of which are less than ideal. If you are going to tackle this, dispose of the kit versions and use proper tools and a good quality tacky glue designed for cardboard.

Overall, I got a nice result and the carousel-addict who will be receiving this as a Christmas present will love it. But unless you are confident in your model making abilities, buy a pre-made version.

I also paid close on £40 for this - which on reflection is pretty expensive for what it is. You'll have to form your own judgement on whether they are worth that.

5 star customer service. With very good communication when we was missing a manual and the previous was unfortunately broken in transit. But both times they sorted the problem very quickly.

I rated 4 stars just as delivery can sometimes be a bit late. But that’s understandable as they a new company and have lots of orders to work on.

No doubt they will sort this in future.

Highly recommend them.

These globes are as beautiful as they look on the website. I ordered three and there was a slight problem with a missing piece with one of them. My query was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am really impressed with the product and the level of customer service. Thank you.

This was pretty simple and fun to put together and looks very pretty, gives the room a soft glow. Would make a nice present for anyone a bit crafty!

My glowbe was a present from a dear friend of mine and I absolutely love it! He got me the ‘mother’s love’ glowbe and it’s just gorgeous. Opted for the DIY kit which I had a lot of fun doing! The remote control that comes with the glowbe is also very handy, can turn on and off and change colours easily from across the room so perfect for my lazy self :)

Honestly, these little globes are just lovely. Everyone keeps asking me where I got them from...

Still waiting for it to arrive. Ordered on 27th Nov, and was told that day by their customer services that it would arrive within 15 days. Chased when I still hadn't heard and was told it was dispatched on 9th Dec. Still nothing on 16th Dec so chased again and was finally sent the tracking code which showed it had only be dispatched on 16th Dec. Today an empty globe arrived with no kit inside and it's 4 days before Christmas.
