Stand Up Company

At first I thought that it was taking two long to get my Scope but after I contacted them we realized it got sent to the wrong address - My fault not there's. I reached out to them and without any issues or hassles they sent me another one to the correct address with no questions asked! Stand Up Company and cant say enough how grateful I am. Thank you to the team at My Golf Store.

Excellent Customer Service and Refund

I was excited about the MGS Eagle Eye Range Finder. Unfortunately, I had to return the equipment.
MGS professionally and quickly handled the return, and my refund, as they said they would.

Unfair business oractices

I ordered a free golf training mat from My Golfing Store and for which I paid shipping charges. The mat was never delivered and in fairness when I brought this to the attention of the company, they refunded the shipping charges. However, what I was not aware of was that in signing up for the mat, I was incurring monthly charges of $49.95 per month for Champions Academy membership which I did not request or require. Two months have been charged and I have sent a number of emails requesting a refund of these charges without a response.
I was enrolled in this membership under misleading terms and conditions and I was not made aware that this would result in ongoing charges. This constitutes unfair business practices and a complaint should be filed with the appropriate consumer protection agencies to ensure that their practices are more transparent.
Buyer beware!!

Having fun again at the course!

From the first time I met Tom and Larrie I could tell that they genuinely wanted to help me become a better golfer, each day I spent with them it became even more evident. Everyone at Harbor Hills made us feel welcome. The training was top notch, and the feedback on the course as you were playing was priceless! I have played a couple of times since returning home and I can see major improvements....5 out of 7 fairways, center cut on my last round( got rained out second 9 ) I have never hit drives that straight before !! I highly recommend attending a school with these guys! They have lit that fire again that had been smoldering out due to poor playing. Thank you Tom and Larrie!!

I think I bought the Reverse Hinge Product and gave them my credit card info. They said the order went through but I received no way of getting the product.

Almost year now ago now wedges

Almost year now ago now, April 29th 2024 to be exact. I needed acouple new wedges. I took a gamble.. After researching all of different brands and models I found the my golfing store wedges had all the same highlights for high end clubs for a cost that I could even afford. (I HAVE TALORMADE RBZS IN A RIPPED NO NAME BAG) haha. I hadnt heard of my golfing store really prior so I was nervous to be spending money on these, compared to the same amount on clubs on a lower level. I purchared the 56° and 60°. When the came in I was pysched on how clean they were, not like new clean but how the black steel looks with the simple white logo not flashy or over done. My style exactly. They felt better then any other club ive hit balls with. Like I said I have the rbz which I believe to be mid range level. These just felt so easy. Like one you pick one clean and you barely felt like you swang easy. And a bonus is every time you hit you get instant visual feedback on the club face from the ball mark onto the black steel. Which wipes clean, cause i was worried about that. All in all these clubs are super nice, look good, feel good and for the price I couldnt refuse. I cant say im a such a better golfer, but I can say I have more confidence around the green and which helps beat my neighbor Gary . Haha Thanks my golfing store.

I Picked up the Eagle Eye Elite Pro…

I Picked up the Eagle Eye Elite Pro range finder after loosing my $400 range finder. I am super happy I did It’s way lighter than my other range finder and half the cost. It is actually smaller and more convenient. So overall pretty happy. I’m not spending more on the same tech based on name anymore.

You with leave with a smile.

What a great school. Tom,Larry and Sue were down to earth and very knowledgeable. The school isn’t cooky cutter. The instructors worked with your physical ability. I could type for hrs. But my game is much better thanks to the staff. And they gave me tools to work with. Highly recommended if you’re looking to improve your game Rob and his staff are first class very easy to deal with and put out a great producct.

Golf school was great

Golf school was great. I came away with new skills and information to turn my game around. I have played 2 rounds since finishing school and my game was so much better which resulted in more fun playing golf. Larry and Tom or pros are great. It was money we'll spent.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs! Purchased a video lesson and was subsequently charged $29/month for three months and they refused to refund the charges. Just a completely underhanded way of running a business.

As a legal professional

As a legal professional, I find this business’s practices deeply concerning and potentially unlawful. Their business model appears to rely on misleading consumers into purchasing low-quality imported goods while binding them to deceptive, AI-generated membership terms that are neither transparent nor easily escapable. Such tactics may constitute unfair business practices and could violate consumer protection laws. I am currently reviewing my legal options and strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. Regulatory intervention may be warranted to address their questionable operations.

We do see you purchased one of our promotional items. All information is stated on both our sales and checkout pages, one being a 14 free trial to our Champions Academy. We do send username and login information right away for instant access, while explaining how and where to cancel within the 14 days if it is not for you. It does not look like we have received an email or call about cancelling until now. We have since gone in a refunded six months back which will arrive within 5-7 business days. Do Not Shop Here

Do Not Shop Here! If I could give less than 1 star I surly would!
I ordered a range finder which I received and I am happy with. After reading many reviews, I found, buried in the fine print, the note about an automatic membership for which I would be charged 49.99 a month. There is nowhere on the order form to opt out of this membership so you must call and cancel. A "Cancel Membership" button on the website just takes you to more advertising. What a shady way to run a business.

Sleazy and Shady "Company." Shop elsewhere

I bought a golf mat that was on sale for $9.95. The purchase went smooth, but at checkout, there was *nothing* that was there, except for the purchase details (item, shipping, eta of delivery). Fast forward two weeks, and they decided to charge my card another $50. When I called to get this charge taken off, a customer service representative by the name of Luis told me that it was my fault, that I should "read better," and that he had better things to do, on top of his negative attitude. What a rude, sleazy, shady, dishonest, and awful way to conduct business. There's thousands of golf shops out there, and I'm confident in saying that all of them are better than this one.

Be ware of hidden free membership that they will charge $39.00 a month after 15 days?????

I order a range finder which I am very happy with. However, on my charge card I received a$39.00 charge? I called the number and the person answering the phone stated there was a free membership that needed to be canceled in 15 days or an automatic charge. I never saw that when ordering I think it was a deceptive way to force membership to their company. Very disappointing.
