Be very careful with your return - Update Issue Resolved!
Bought a range finder from My Golfing Store online. Good price but in the end I decided to return it. They are “online” only for ordering; any returns involve you hand filling out a form, creating your own mailing label and sending it back. No RMA, no store provided label, no tracking number. So I sent it back via USPS. After several weeks I contacted them and they said someone would get back with me in 24-48 hours. Another week goes by and I called again. I provided them the tracking number USPS provided me but somehow that number was not correct (my fault) but I am 100% sure it went to the right address (the one on the form). They say they don’t have it and the only way they can track it is the USPS tracking number. After a couple of email exchanges with customer service they lost an opportunity to make a customer for life by just making it right and instead lost me and all my golfing friends as customers for life. It all could have been prevented by having a more modern, automated return system.
UPDATE: Received a call from Rob at My Golfing Store this morning. We discussed the issue above and he was very helpful in both explaining their return process and listening to my position. They are going to provide the refund and have now earned my loyalty and I look forward to my next purchase at My Golfing Store.

Purchased the range finder
Purchased the range finder, used one season, changed the battery. It now only reads distances up to 25 yds, otherwise shows up blank. Contacted my golfing store for help . After their suggested reset didn’t work they said sorry your out of warranty. Offered a slight discount on a new one. They showed no interest in understanding the problem, did not ask to send it back to determine the issue , showed no interest in understanding why it failed… just too bad, your just past the one year warranty.
This is an online operation pushing out inferior products and not committed to improving their products. I will be buying bushnell now for the replacement.
Surprised and disappointed in their product and response. Would never buy from them again.

Very untrustworthy company
Very untrustworthy company. They offered a Bogo wedge set with free shipping, but charged shipping. They did not answer my first three emails to question the charge, and when I told them I was disputing the credit card charge, they lied and said they never offered free shipping. I kept their email offer and only when I sent them the proof, did they refund the shipping charge, but didn’t even tell me they were doing it. I had to research with the credit card company myself to find it. Avoid doing business with this company.

Been using the Eagle Eye Gen 5 and it is fantastic. I’ve used Bushnell my whole life and will never go back after being exposed to this product. The Gen 5 has more modes than my last range finder and is almost half the price! The people who work there are great people with great customer service!

Fine print of adding a $49.95 monthly subscription for something virtually no one would want. Very deceptive, bordering on sleazy. I have canceled my subscription and will NEVER even consider ordering from them again!
ORDER WAS CANCELLED BUT STILL CHARGED. BUYER BEWARE
I put the order in which was $0.00 for the item and $9.95 shipping. But what I did not realize is that when you order from them, in fine print they automatically sign you up to a subscription for $49.95 per month. Within 15 minutes I called the company back and asked them to cancel the order ( item and subscription). They said they would cancel nut would take 24-48 hours. and guess what they charged my credit card. SO BUYER BEWARE, GO TO A REPUTABLE AND HONEST COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HIDE PRICING FROM YOU

Bad product, hidden charges, bad customer service.
As has been reported by others here, they slip in a $29 per month ongoing charge for some sort of training. It won’t show up for a couple weeks past the date you made your purchase on your product if you’re buying the laser rangefinder. I made the purchase in February and have been going through dispute resolution for five months now. Discover card noticed the weird charges after the second one and alerted me to it. That’s when we put a stop to it. Pretty sneaky stuff. The Eagle eye performed poorly. About the only thing it would get a range on is a building. I have sent it back, I have the FedEx tracking number and delivery verification. They received it at the end of April. I’ve called and customer service says that they’ve received it, but because I’ve disputed this, it has to go to a higher office. They say they are still waiting on confirmation of return of the product, which is total crap. I already got the confirmation from them. There are a lot of merchandisers out there. I highly recommend you think about your choices. We are well into June and I still have to fight with this.

CAUTION. Rangefinder purchase comes with a reoccurring subscription service- A $29 monthly charge. The burden is on you to cancel. My experience with customer service was the worse I have ever experienced. Credit card charges continued despite cancellation. Credit card company now investigating. I will never use this company again.

MGS has taken four unwarranted Credit Card payments.…
The company has taken four Credit Card payments of $49.95 since January 2024 and have failed to respond to any emails.
I made a one-off purchase in 2021 but nothing since and have received no notification of a purchase or subscription.
I sent repeated emails showing the original 2023 interaction, without acknowledgement or response.
After trying numerous times to cancel via the website using the email linked to my MGS accountI I tried another email, never used for MGS, and received a cancellation acknowledgement.
Reading other reviews, I see that they lure people into subscriptions and charge if they aren't cancelled, but I did not subscribe or receive and notice that I had subscribed.
