Use a different company

They told me I could get a driving test within 4 weeks I booked in October I didn’t get a test or lesson until first week of February/ last week of January. They gave me no updates no calls nothing. When I changed my schedule around of exam week for my degree so I could do my test they then told me they would find me a driving instructor. When I first booked and called I gave them a deposit and said I wouldn’t pay the rest until I had a test and driving instructor. They said that’s fine. When I got my test date I asked them if a specific date was okay to pay them they said that was fine. If I was booked in before Christmas they would have got it all upfront I was not booked in, in the scheduled amount of time. The day of my driving lesson they have cancelled it because I haven’t completed the payment. I’ve had this conversation on text on call and they said it was fine to pay on the agreed date so why on the day of the lesson do they want to change there stance. I have had nothing but issues and unhelpful call center conversation whenever I ask to speak to a manager they are never available. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. What a waste of money and time. There is no fluid communication between customer, service and instructor. It’s like talking to a automated voicemail trying to ask them a question about anything. Choose a different company

The most unprofessional company I’ve…

The most unprofessional company I’ve ever known they’ve avoided me and ignored messages palmed me off for weeks, they do not want to issue a refund even though they’ve accepted it. This has gone on for 5 months the originally paired me with the worlds most unprofessional “driving instructor” cancelling on me every single lesson or not turning up and they didn’t seem to care just told me to give him more chances but I had proof of everything, please please do not book with this company all they’ve done is cause me stress and take my money. They’ve still not given me my refund yet it’s just unacceptable. Nicola, Declan the whole team you are absolutely the most ignorant people ever just not wanting to solve issues with in your company, in addition to this they signed for a refund only to now ghost me and ignore messages calls and emails and not give me one it’s so upsetting they’ve done this to many people please just go somewhere else the anxiety and stress this has caused is awful

Wouldn’t recommend

I booked a course in June 2025 and was told that a driving test would be arranged for me. By August, nothing had been booked, so I had to arrange a test myself. The earliest available date I could find was January 2026.

When I contacted customer service about a refund for the test I booked myself, I was asked to submit a form and told I would receive the refund within four weeks. After four weeks passed with no refund, I contacted them again and was told to submit another form and wait a further four weeks. Even after waiting over two months, I still hadn’t been refunded and had to chase the issue repeatedly before the funds were finally credited back to me.

I was initially assigned an instructor who didn’t contact me at all, so I had to reach out to customer service. When he eventually did respond, we agreed to start lessons two weeks later, but he then stopped replying altogether. I was reassigned to a second instructor, with whom I completed 10 out of my 12 allocated hours.

I spoke to this instructor in advance about keeping the 18th and 19th of January free so I could use my final two hours just before my test, and he agreed. However, a week before my test, I messaged him to confirm availability and received no response. His phone was also completely switched off. I contacted customer service multiple times during that week and was repeatedly told I would receive a call back, which never happened.

As a result, I had to take my driving test without completing the final two hours of my course. My instructor also did not take me to the test centre and actively discouraged me from taking my test there. Thankfully, I passed despite this.

Overall, I would not recommend this service. It is very expensive for the level of inconvenience and lack of reliability. You are honestly better off using a driving test routes app to prepare yourself. I will say that the customer service team themselves are polite and kind, but I was repeatedly disappointed by promises of follow-up that were never fulfilled.

10/10 to My Intensive Course and Cameron

I could not get a test for months on end. I phoned My intensive course who found me a test within 8 weeks, Cameron was my course coordinator who was so easy to talk to and sorted me with the perfect date and I managed to pass. Thank you Cameron and my intensive course for making this possible. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE STOLE MY DEPOSIT WHICH I HAVE BEEN WAITING 29 DAYS TO RECIEVE EVERYTIME I CALL THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK AND THEY NEVER DO, THEY BOOKED MY TEST AND DIDNT INFORM ME FOR 6 WEEKS AND WHEN I SAID I WANTED TO CANCEL 2 SEPERATE PEOPLE TOLD ME I COULD KEEP MY TEST THEN I HAD A CALL FROM THE MANAGER TO SAY I COULDNT KEEP IT AND ARE NOW NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY I HAVE BEEN WAITING NEARLY A MONTH AND IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE I WILL BE GETTING IT BACK, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ONE BIG SCAM AND WILL SAY WHATEVER THEY CAN TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE

⭐️ 0 stars, rude & aggressive staff and instructor left me in tears and £100 worse off

I had an absolutely appalling experience with this so-called “intensive driving course” and would strongly advise anyone to avoid it.

From the outset, I was misled. I was explicitly told I would start lessons in December and be booked a driving test around Christmas — certainly not months later. That never happened. No booking was made, no confirmation was sent, and I had to repeatedly chase for updates, only to be left in the dark for months. By May, I still had no test arranged. When I questioned this, I received vague, dismissive responses, and I seriously doubt this company has the “unique booking system” they claim to operate.

Worse still, my assigned instructor, Kumari, was rude, aggressive, and deeply unprofessional. Lessons regularly left me distressed and in tears. I explained that I have ADHD and needed a supportive teaching approach, and I formally requested a change of instructor. Nothing was done. My complaint was simply ignored.

I was also repeatedly put in the middle of disputes between the instructor and the company, with the instructor complaining directly to me about not being paid. This is completely unacceptable. I paid the company in full and should never have been dragged into their internal payment issues.

The service was also falsely advertised. The website states that home pick-up and drop-off are included. This never happened. I ended up spending over £100 on train fares just to attend lessons - an expense I would never have incurred had the service been delivered as promised.

When I tried to formally complain and escalate the matter to a manager, my emails and messages were ignored. When I finally managed to speak to a staff member, I was threatened with cancellation of my lessons and my driving test simply for raising a complaint. After waiting six months, this was shocking and intimidating behaviour that no customer should ever experience.

Overall, this company added no value whatsoever. In fact, I am worse off financially and emotionally than if I had simply booked my own test and found my own instructor. I effectively paid £250 for delays, stress, poor communication, and broken promises.

Based on my experience - and the number of similar reviews online - this appears to be a systemic problem, not a one-off. Save yourself the money, time, and stress and look elsewhere.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

From start to finish my experience was the worst iv ever had from a company that’s supposed to provide a good service, they promise to pass quickly but how wrong was I!

The instructor I was assigned never got back to me would take weeks to reply and every time I rung them for help they would say they would chase it up, but nothing changed, I then found out they pay the instructor upfront for the hours I paid for , well that would explain then him booking 4 hour slots he would say the first hour drive to the area he usually teaches isn’t part of the lesson and the hour back so I would get 2 hours of basically driving around the same small route, then he wouldn’t answer my msgs or calls for 2-3 weeks, this went on for 4-5 months from January till June , until finally I had enough, I was 12 hours down from my 18 hours booked, the instructor didn’t seem bothered and even said that he was to busy to do anymore lessons with me, I was so frustrated as I felt like I hadn’t been taught anything, my intensive course basically just said they would find me a new instructor , when I said that none of this has been my fault and I should have the hours refunded as my experience was dreadful , they said that once I accepted the instructor they provided it was down to me what happened apparently it’s in the small print!
They said I would be priority and they would find me a new instructor within a couple of weeks, 8 weeks passed and after constantly calling each week I decided to find my own instructor locally, and asked could I have the remainder hours refunded, but keep the test date they had booked for me in August, I even filled the form
They asked me to fill out for the refund and stated on the form to keep the test.
So after waiting about 8 weeks again for a refund, I had been working with a new instructor that cost me a lot more than the hours I had returned, the new intructor I found myself got me test ready very quickly within weeks unlike the promise this scam company say they will do!
As I was approaching my test the week before I went onto the dvla website to check the exact time to give to my instructor , only to find my intensive course had cancelled my test, I was absolutely fuming and again completely let down by my intensive course!

All the trouble I had experienced the whole way through this they was aware of as I was constantly calling to get help with the issues I had , and the one thing I thought was certain was my test and they even took that away from me.

They take absolutely no responsibility and even tried blaming me by saying I didn’t say to keep the test, but I had the email I sent to them so they couldn’t say anything after that, but 6 months later I am still waiting for a refund of the £60 for my test!
It’s an absolute joke , please do not use this company the owner has had previous companies I have recently researched that has been closed down and it’s always the same negative reviews how they don’t refund and just scam so many people!

Management never get back to you, they always say they will return your calls but only once in a year have I had them call me back after hundreds of calls

STAY WELL AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Kelsi quality service

First of all - it’s great to be handled by a human being. Then there is the bonus of having Kelso on the case. Charming, clear, helpful and super efficient. Found a test within days of me confirming my interest. Just hope my son makes th empty of the lessons and passes now !

I paid over £1,200 for this course

I paid over £1,200 for this course, and it’s been nearly two years—I still haven’t been given a test date. This completely defeats the purpose of an “intensive” course. The process is extremely slow, and while they are quick to take your money, they clearly don’t support you afterward. I’m still struggling to get a test scheduled, and the whole experience has been very frustrating.

This whole company is a joke, I was doing a course and when I tell you my instructor was either late to every lesson or would just cancel on the day. I asked for a refund 6 months ago and not only have I not gotten that refund even though it was authorised (with proof) I have now been ignored. This company is clearly a money scam and should be investigated because I’m not the only one with these issues clearly. To Nicola and Declan you guys are the worst customer service team I have ever spoken to. Genuinely a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would’ve.
DO NOT use this company unless you have money to waste.
A weeks worth of annual leave wasted, instructor either turned up late or just didn’t turn up at all and ghosted my daughter.
She has been seeking a refund for the unused hours for 6 months, has had the refund agreed in September by Nicola and then Declan refuse to give it.
Atrocious customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend.
