SCAMMERS!!!!

I am shocked with how awful this place is, I came to them in January and said I wanted to do my driving test I put down a £290 deposit and then payed £456 for the final payment. I have now been waiting from the 11th of January for a driving test. I was given an instructor who I had one driving lesson with and he said he will do the lessons a few days before the test. After waiting all that time they send me a message on WhatsApp saying I have a test booked on the 10th of October 2025 at 10:14 in Bletchley. WHAT A JOKE!! I’ve never driven in Bletchley in my life and they knew where I wanted the test and my theory test runs out on the 20th which I have explained to them yet I have been ignored or just pushed to the side like everytime. I contact the driving instructor they gave me and the poor guy had no idea about a test they have given me they hadn’t been in contact with him about anything. Now the test can’t go ahead because my instructor is away so now I have lost so much money due to this fake company full of false promises. I have screen shots of everything!

Wouldn't even give them a star

Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!! Booked with them in February did my theory in march.. took months to find me a instructor and then she ran off with my money, asked for refund and they have refused making up lies anyway they can to get out of giving me a refund, go with them if you want to deal with a dodgy company and want to lose your money and no one takes responsibility! management and staff are rude and unhelpful even after telling them I suffer bad with my mental health and has caused me to spiral they have No care in the world for their customers! Worst business and staff I've ever came across. Very dangerous stay away

Warning

Warning – They Are Scammers!
I booked 12 hours of lessons in the second week of February, including a practical test. I paid a total of £770 (£290 deposit + £480). However, I didn’t receive a single service until June. I was extremely upset and requested a refund.

They promised to refund me by 25th July, but after chasing them many times, I only received my deposit of £290. I am still waiting for the remaining £480, which has not been refunded.

Please do not trust them – they are not reliable and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Never I mean never use this company

Never I mean never use this company! If you want to lose all your money and not even get a chance at your test then go ahead. I had nothing but problems from day 1. I said at the start I do not want to start unless I have my test ready at end of course. Of course halfway though my lessons I was told there was no test at end of week. Then took them 2 weeks to find me another once they did it actually didn’t even go to me but someone else, and then had to wait for another by this time I’ve done my lessons so it’s not an intensive course anymore, then my instructor who is third party and didn’t even know the area so couldn’t teach me test routes etc, he had enough of me moaning to him about the company so he didn’t want to carry on with them, and I never got my test. £1700 this cost me he refunded me the 4 hours I had left and no refund no nothing from the company

Terrible company!!!!!

My son has finished he’s lessons nearly 2 weeks ago, still no test date and no responsibility by this company to book one even though they say they have fast track!!!
Absolutely disgusting customer service all you get is we are actively looking!!! really!!! I need actively booked!!!
Avoid this company as they are absolutely hopeless and misinform when booking this!!
Costs a hell of a lot of money to be fobbed off daily when calling or emailing.
Still waiting for test even though we put 2 test centres!!
Will wait till Monday when apparently tests get released by the dvsa and if still no joy will be seeking advice from the FCA!!!!!

Paid 480 pound for quick pass in…

Paid 480 pound for quick pass in febuary gave me 4 hours straight away then left in the dark got in touch to be told test is October so had to have more refresh lessons,I paid 20 pound on Testi app and knocked a month off so I’ve just finally passed no thanks to my intensive course what so ever ! Avoid at all costs

Avoid them at all cost ! Scam

Do not trust this company ! I had the worst experience with them, incompetent staffs, zero accountability by them. Customer service is worst.
Their business model is to connect customers with driver and sorry to say they failed big time in their basic work.
My driver backed out 1 week before my exam date and these guys couldn't even help me get a driver for my exam date.

Hi Sagar, thank you for your review and I am sorry you have felt the need to be quite negative. I can however confirm the incident you refer to with the instructor "pulling out" is a little harsh. His father passed away suddenly, therefore needed to postpone all his work. As difficult as this is for you and ourselves, I would urge you to spare a thought for the tragedy, Carlos is experiencing. Furthermore, up to that point all went well. Also, we have been working so hard to accommodate the remainder of the course without further disruption but at such incredibly short notice we have not been able to manage this. At this stage, all we can do is wait for Carlos to return and reschedule. We are happy to book and pay for the next test and will contribute 2 hours more. We remain committed to ensuring a successful conclusion to your course and I am sorry you feel this is somehow worthy of 1 star.

Dont waste your time

Called this company to be told I would have an instructor within 4 weeks if nit sooner as of how flexible I was. I paid the deposit waited the 4 weeks heard nothing gave them an extra week nothing I applied for the refund 22nd April was told it was successful and would be paid into my account 6th June had no payment, called them and was given an excuse of the lady dealing with it had broken her hip and would be back in a week to then be told id be paid the following Friday as had to clarify my details recieved nothing I called to be told the following Friday i would get again recieved nothing. All of this whilst st the end of my pregnancy leaving me in hardship to book another company ad im £400 down. This is very important and needed as I have a very ill sister 400miles away that I have to spend money using a train. Very bad service have had to apply to small claims. Hopefully I frt my refunded as its been nearly 6months now.

AVOID this company!

I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to, to leave a review! I would absolutely AVOID this company.
This company is full of lies. Taken them to a small claims court, they accepted fault and said they’d pay the money back by the date agreed still never received payment so put out a CCJ and still have not received my money back! It’s been over a year now!

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible communication and misleading company name. Ignored my emails, lied about callbacks and generally very unhelpful. It took 18 months from start to finish. Do not give these people your money.

So far so good!

So far I have nothing but good things to say, I 1st used the messenger service online and spoke to a lovely lady called Kelsi, she answered all my questions and managed to find an instructor that was available for my chosen dates (as I already had a test booked previous to using this service) to make sure there was an instructor available for my test dates and lessons ! She called me when she said she would, and helped me arrange my booking. Plenty of contact via phone calls, emails and text. Just waiting for my instructor to get in contact and get going. Hopefully this all goes to plan, if not I will return and update this review.

This is not an intensive driving course…

This is not an intensive driving course company at all, merely a middle man to put you in touch with local instructors.
I'm told the terms and conditions state very clearly that there is no guarantee they will find you a test, only that they will find you an instructor which is extremely unclear from the misleading website. (And I have still yet to find in the t+c's in any case!)

I understand there is a 6 month DVSA backlog and bots booking cancellations, but to have not found any tests at all in 5 months is not acceptable - there were multiple dates 6 months from now available while I made my most recent call but again the suggestion that even if you could secure those tests, these tests then need to go to your internal backlog first - if this backlog is more than 5 months this should definitely be made clear to prospective bookers but is not. (And in any case, the adviser did eventually agree that there is actually only a handful of bookers waiting for our specific small town test centre, but could still not explain how we still had no test 5 months later)

The advisers on the phone are polite and apologetic enough, but unfortunately ineffective, don't call back when they say they will and seemingly have no need or want to actually help as they keep falling back on that they don't guarantee a test.

Lastly the company assign an instructor immediately - even though they are aware the instructor is completely unsuitable and will have to be cancelled - but by assigning in the first place they claim this fulfils their part of the contract and so no refund is due!
