Review Update - Do yourself a favour, don't waste your money on this woeful product
Quite simply, their products don't work. Instead of taking 30-60 seconds to cure your nails, it takes 10 minutes per nail to set. The colours provided in the Nail It Kit are obviously the rubbish that no one has bought and they have been left with. Despite following the instructions to remove old gel, the colour doesn't budge. Customer services finally replied to my email of complaint after asking for a reply then they sent many, many emails asking the same questions. In one of their emails they asked for my address so they could send replacements and then the emails restarted again asking the same questions including the order number when I had originally said it was a gift and I didn't want to embarrass my son who bought me this. I gave up after losing the will to live. My only hope is that no one else is disappointed by a rubbish product and even worse customer services.
I had a response from Mylee. Quite clearly they saw the low rating I gave but didn't read the actual review because they asked the same questions that I have answered umpteen times before. Just proves how useless this company is.

I am sorry to hear that you've had an issue with the curing times. Gel polish does only cure within a minute and shouldn't be taking that long, unless too thick of a layer has been applied or there is an issue with the lamp.
I have requested information from you so that I can look through the communication directly and reach out to you via email.
Our kits are always set colours that never change, unless a gel polish becomes out of stock then only one of the polishes changes. We have a variety of kits available with different colours and they are usually the most popular colours in the kit.
We would need a proof of purchase in order to look up the order detail, but if you could get back to us with more information to help us find the order then we'll be happy to honour this and help find the order.

Persevered with this kit for a year now- lifts after 2 days
Have persevered with the Mylee main kit now for a year - I wanted to make sure I had plenty of practice to perfect the application technique before giving up on this product (and writing a review) but it simply does not last and is poor quality.
I have followed all instructions for application and prep, time and time again, including using their nail dehydrator, making sure to apply in thin layers, capping the free edge and making sure not apply too close to skin etc and the product lifts after 2 days, The amount of time and money I have wasted on these products is upsetting and all I am left with is hundreds of pounds worth of useless product and nails now in terrible condition.
I really wanted this product to work, and was hoping it was just a case of user error, but think after such a long period of perseverance that my review is fair and hope to warn off other hopeful/ potential customers wasting their money.

Delivery time was much quicker than quoted. I also checked out Amazon but The Mylee Main Kit which on offer on Mylee site offered great value for money. I did my nails for first time and found the instructions easy to follow.

Thank you for your review. I can see that you purchased the dual nail forms. The reason that they are dual is that you can use both builder gel/polygel (magic extender gel) to form the nail and create length and shape.

Everything arrived on time
Everything arrived on time, no issues with product, what I would like to say is that the first time I used my kit, my nails were not to good, but I know with different product requirements practice, the second time I used your products, I made a big improvement on applying to my nails, so next time they should be perfect, I’m the one that needed to practice, no problems with product. I would advise anyone to take their time, in applying the products and reading instruction properly, I have written this due to someone blaming the product for them not using it as stated.

Quick delivery but disappointed with…
Quick delivery but disappointed with nail gel colours purchased. Keep Your Fuschia On was more purple than expected, and Cherry Compote is near enough the same as A Girl With Attitude which I already have. So feel like I've wasted some money :(

Recently bought some nail wraps
Recently bought some nail wraps. Plus side they are really easy to use and so much better than waiting for polish to dry. Downside I followed all instructions and 2 days later they are starting to lift on a few nails. They claim to last 2 weeks but I am not going to even get one which is ashame.

In regards to the wraps lifting there are a number of reasons that this can be.
The Gel Nail Wraps can take some time to get used to, but when applied correctly, they should last for up to two weeks on your nails.

Excellent product
Good price and timely delivery. But importantly a product that delivers. The Double Bond Nail Treatment is superb. My nails are finally feeling strong and have stopped shedding. I still have a problem with my thumb nails but I’m persevering and using the product daily.
