Everything arrived on time
Everything arrived on time, no issues with product, what I would like to say is that the first time I used my kit, my nails were not to good, but I know with different product requirements practice, the second time I used your products, I made a big improvement on applying to my nails, so next time they should be perfect, I’m the one that needed to practice, no problems with product. I would advise anyone to take their time, in applying the products and reading instruction properly, I have written this due to someone blaming the product for them not using it as stated.

Quick delivery but disappointed with nail gel colours purchased. Keep Your Fuschia On was more purple than expected, and Cherry Compote is near enough the same as A Girl With Attitude which I already have. So feel like I've wasted some money :(

Recently bought some nail wraps
Recently bought some nail wraps. Plus side they are really easy to use and so much better than waiting for polish to dry. Downside I followed all instructions and 2 days later they are starting to lift on a few nails. They claim to last 2 weeks but I am not going to even get one which is ashame.

In regards to the wraps lifting there are a number of reasons that this can be.
The Gel Nail Wraps can take some time to get used to, but when applied correctly, they should last for up to two weeks on your nails.

Excellent product
Good price and timely delivery. But importantly a product that delivers. The Double Bond Nail Treatment is superb. My nails are finally feeling strong and have stopped shedding. I still have a problem with my thumb nails but I’m persevering and using the product daily.

Nice colours, but the peel off base lasts less than a day, the usual gel base about 2 days, useless! Waste of money

We're sorry to hear about the short wear time you experienced with our peel-off base coat. It's really important to know that with the peel-off base coat, it will peel off prematurely due to application, but I have included some steps on how to stop this from happening
Apply a very small and even amount of the peel-off base coat. You can dab some product back into the bottle to retrieve a thinner amount. Ensure that you are applying only a very small amount to the centre of the nail, so it adheres around the circumference of the nail. Wait two minutes and then carry on with the next step
Ensure that you are cleaning/prepping your nail bed properly, as natural oils prevent adhesion.

The builder gel is absolutely awful.. it doesn’t self level at all.. I definitely won’t be buying again EVER!

We're sorry to hear our builder gel didn't meet your expectations regarding self-levelling. The most common issue is that you are applying too much builder gel. You can always dab some product back into the bottle to retrieve a thinner amount. Once you have cured the first layer, if you would like to add another layer of builder gel, then you'd need to cure the first layer before applying another.
There are also some other steps you may need to take to self-level the builder gel, as often issues like overworking the builder gel can cause the gel to become uneven. It's important to only apply in streaks and not go back and forth over the builder gel like you would a paint brush.

I had an issue with the delivery…
I had an issue with the delivery process. The exact second I finalised my purchase, I realised that my building number was incorrect, so I immediately contacted customer service to ask them to change the address, as the order had not yet been processed.
Within seconds, one of the customer service representatives confirmed my request. However, they explained that they would need to pass it on to another team and could not guarantee that the address would be updated. I pointed out again that the purchase had been completed less than three minutes earlier.
Unfortunately, no one amended my address. A few days later, I also received the wrong tracking number, which prevented me from updating the delivery address through the courier. As a result, the entire situation caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Thank you for your review. I've taken a look through the communication and can see that Sam had advised that they couldn't guarantee that this could be done on our end, that the team will check, and she also provided steps on how to change your address with the courier.
The order was shipped and redirected to an InPost locker. The tracking number didn't change, but Sam had explained that you wouldn't be able to track your order yet as the order was waiting to be scanned in by the courier. When you tried to track it, it was only at the 'sender has advised they've dispatched the order' status.
