Fast and easy, great products!

Easy to order, great information on each product and delivery was quicker than I imagined! I ordered the Hipp Dutch Stage 1 formula for my baby and his digestion is already infinitely better. Highly recommend :)

I’ve been ordering through My Organic Formula for a couple months now (after LOTS of research on best value for bringing EU formula into Canada) and honestly, at every turn I have been overwhelmingly impressed. Nearly every order I’ve received I’ve had to modify in some way whether it was moving and needing to change delivery address, typing in my email address wrong or double-ordering by accident, the customer service team has blown me away.

I have NEVER had to wait long for a delivery. A week, maybe two tops. And we’ve been gifted nearly every time with free semi-crinkled boxes of our formula (I’m assuming they consider them damaged) which is such a delight to receive. They even offered to add a similar formula to one of our orders because we were struggling to find the right fit at the beginning.

If you’re ordering EU formula, I definitely recommend these folks! You won’t be disappointed.

Very easy to find the formula I was looking for and it was rare that they were out of stock. Intl shipping was super consistent and reliable via UPS, and I don't ever remember paying customs. The website is easy to navigate, and customer service was very prompt and efficient when needed. I would definitely use MOF again in the future!

This is honestly the best formula I’ve have used for any of my children and I wish I found it sooner my son is growing as if I am breastfeeding he is 5months and 26 pounds and that’s on formula and no solids yet I have no complaints when it comes to this milk

Wonderful products, high quality, feels safe to give to my child.
The one improvement that would make it 5/5 stars is if each order came with instructions in the language of the country it's going to; while one can find the English instructions (in ml) it is a bit tedious.

I have been consistently pleased with the organic formula I have chosen for both of my children. The formula has always been of excellent quality, well-packaged, and delivered promptly, which is especially important for my little ones. I selected goat milk formula for my first child and the German version of Hipp formula for my second.

I got the wrong formula :( wrong age group

We had a great experience with the goat milk formula. At first I was doubtful as we are from canada and the formula came from the Netherlands, but wow. It came within the week that I ordered, and I had full tracking all the way over to BC. Also, expessially when I ordered the 6 can order the cans came in absolulty perfect condition. Carefully packaged, I could tell the company cares.
And the formula itself was so life changing for our baby, she became so so much happier, it made such a difference! The goat milk is so gentle. And she grew very well on it, it is definitely something I'd do again if I ever needed! Thanks alot!

Easy to prepare and tasty porridge for my baby .He has no digestive issues and quite comfortable with his porridge at 4 months old.

Fast delivery. Order is always well packaged. They have a trusted site for me to use my card and they’re always reliable. I will always trust My Organic formula when it comes to ordering my baby’s Kendamil. Sometimes they will give freebies too which i felt appreciated too!

The formula sits well with my baby. Customer service was quick and helpful.

Formula itself is excellent, no problems there! Unfortunately expiry date is only 3 months away...not ideal especially when they offer discounts for bulk buying. I use powder formula when at home and RTF when away, but because of the expiry date I now have to use up the RTF at home as well. Disappointed considering it's significantly more expensive.
