Great experience , will continue to buy from MOF

We’ve been ordering from My Organic Formula since our baby was born almost a year ago, and they’ve consistently provided excellent products, quality, and customer service. Even though we’re based in Toronto, Canada and they ship from Europe, the process has always been smooth and reliable. We’ve continued to order from them regularly and have always been happy with both the service and the products. We would definitely recommend them to other parents looking for high-quality organic formula and baby food.

Shipment arrived 3 business days from ordering, I was pleasantly shocked how fast it was delivered from Germany to Canada. They also packed a free box of infant cereal in the box I did not expect! The cereal's expiration date is in 2 months so I'm guessing they gave it free cause they don't want it going to waste. Great site to buy from, especially when needing formula fast!

The customer care team is highly responsive to emails and provides a great service. Formulas were delivered very quickly especially considering that they are coming from Europe! The formulas are a bit more expensive compared to other websites but that’s probably because of expedited shipping. Overall, very satisfied with My Organic Formula and would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service, shipping was super quick and product arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately the formula we chose didn’t agree with our little one. Order came really quickly and there was some extra free goodies included! ( packet of baby cereal and baby spoon). I will be using them again!

Bought a 6 pack of Kendamil formula only to find out that my daughter does not tolerate the whole milk used in their products. After contacting My Organic Formula, they immediately sent me a free sample can of another formula to try. The shipping for both items was quick with reliable tracking. Really appreciative of the great service!

I had an issue with an expiry date and Perscila from the support team replaced my items with the best alternative as my items were was also sold out. The team was quick to remedy the issue which they didn't even have to do and I was so appreciative that they were able to assist me. Amazing customer service!
