Unfortunately, for the second time we were not informed that our IFA was unavailable (possibly long term) and our latest request for an update on various matters was not picked up for over two weeks. That said, as soon as MPE did respond, our requests were handled quickly and professionally and we were kept informed of progress at all times. It was a little bit confusing in that we were emailed by different members of staff on the same issue and not by a single point of contact. Our recent telephone conversation with a senior member of staff was extremely helpful and constructive and put our minds at ease. It’s a shame that face to face annual reviews have gone, but that is industry standard. We do feel confident in MPE handling our financial affairs.

The advisors were helpful
The advisors were helpful, explained the options, and took into account my wishes. I was kept fairly well informed as to the progress of my transfer. The pension companies (Nest and Aviva) were very slow to act, 1/4 of a year to access my pension.

Not enough communications as every week we need this check for pension providers then week later need more checks and so on surely they should have found out all the checks they needed from the start because of the delays I've lost 3 months anuity since retirement.
