Your delivery company is a disgrace
Your delivery company is a disgrace. I've still not received my parcel and its the 2nd day they have attended my home and left without leaving the parcel
I have emailed them and they have said they would call but not done. I want a refund on my product.

Failure to deliver or respond
Ordered stamps online and they haven't been delivered.
Unable to contact anyone via phone and despite filling out 2 forms (a week apart), we are still yet to hear from someone.
Order was placed 20th August and it's hindering business!

Sent to the wrong address
Not a good service. Stamps were sent to Rolleston instead of Stretton. Put a query in when I hadn't received the stamps, but no-one replied to me. Not very impressive. Finally the stamps were forwarded from the Rolleston address, but only because the recipient was honest.

Considering you are part of the Post Office, I thought for the price that I paid for postage was a very slow service!
