general sevice
my delivery was split, so i had to wait for my stamps. no formal notice was recieved to say there would be a delay. price for delivery was high considering weight of envelope and the time taken. couldnt get invoice off of the system which caused further time to resolve.
not a great experience too be honest

Our order has not arrived - bad customer service
Our order has not arrived, it is now 17/12/2024 and we placed the order on 27/11/2024. I initially received a response from the customer service email but have now sent more emails with no response. We have been told that our order got 'stuck on the system'. On Tuesday last week we were told the order would arrive on Thursday or Friday - not even an offer of expedited delivery as some way of apology. It is now Tuesday and still our stamps have not arrived and no further response from the company. I cannot find any way of getting in touch with them on the phone. I am not one to write damning reviews online but I had an email from mypostshop.com asking us to rate them so here we are.

I was amazed that first class stamps were not available from a post shop ! Also I have not received my money back for them. I did receive my order of second class stamps.
