They sell... stationary. They don't have the product in stock. It's not like they have a huge range so what's the point of even being in business if you don't have any stock. I don't usually do reviews... something else that modern life now plagued us with every time we make a purchase.

There is not enough space to explain why I have given my rating, but I will certainly never use Royal Mail shop again and will go to the Post Office shop and purchase my stamps there where I will not be charged carriage and then additional carriage when it would seem that the package had been handed to a 3rd party for delivery. The money I have had to pay as carriage I will donate to a charity.

Initially I had,a lot of problems with delivery of my order for stamps.This was due to the delivery company,not the business.Once I contacted customer service,they were superb,keeping me updated about their contact with the delivery company.Thank you so much.Everything was dealt with personally and though using a computer.

two orders on the same day only one received by 8th April 2024.
Made two orders on the sam day as there was a limit on the order size.
Each order was for £487.50 made on 28th March.
Only one was received!!!!!
Now the hasel of contacting them!!! Had to pay two lots of fees for this.
We were e mailed on this matter and have asked for the order lost with couriers to be replaced. Replacement awaited. Stamp prices have increased after the order!!!

I have still not received any goods…
I have still not received any goods from this order.
Auto lookup for address didnt work on delivery address. So item was not delivered.
Said they re-sent to billing address and now 3 weeks since order paid for with quick delivery and not got what I ordered.
