Excellent Products and Fantastic Delivery

I've made a few orders with myprotein over the past few years, and about 3 already this year. Their product choice is excellent and the prices are great too. I love how they always seem to have an offer on too, whether it's a percentage off or a free gift (yes, I'm a sucker for an offer!) The delivery time is excellent, I made an order on Tuesday with standard delivery and it arrived today. I will definitely continue ordering from and recommending myprotein.

Do not trust delivery from this company

At my first order - to Denmark - on this page MyProtein/DPD did not deliver even if they wrote so in the tracker. After that it was a living nightmare to get in touch with MyProtein. When I did I got a no reply mail from chat contact "Sam" to fill out formulars and sign that I have checked all my neighbours if the should have received the parcel. So situation right now is that MyProtein has charged my credit card for 286DKK. When you call them they disconnect the phone. My advise - stay away!!!

Sad day

Cold blooded - Game Over!

My order was sent out the 4th of January, arrival the 7th january, unable to deliver parcel due to wrong addresse..

I therefore contact myprotein and inform them of what has happend and they reply its ok they'll contact the courier service and inform them of the right adresse and theyll deliver it by Tuesday 12 th of january...

12 th of january parcel never arrived? ok they must be busy or something... 13 january? nothing, i contact myprotein and ask them where my parcel is... Its on the way back to them, and they'll resend the package with the right addresse as soon it returns...

Cool its on its way nothing to worry about... or Nahhhh

15 January, i recieve a mail where it states:

I have checked and can see your order has now been returned back to us. However I noticed the Mypre Blue Raspberry is out of stock,we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Would you like me to replace it and the Mypre will be sent at a later date or would you prefer a refund and you can make a new order with an alternative flavour?

How can it be out of stock? what did you do with the one i ordered?

I contact them and ask them to replace it with an other one...

I get a mail from myprotein the 16th january, your order has been refunded? and that i will recieve my money 3-5 business day.. I didnt ask nor say to refund me but they did it with out my consent..

Speechless..

What can i say, after reading a couple with other reviews i can see that I probably wont be getting back my money.. and i spent over 120£ ..

After Many years of use, i am slowly becoming disapointed.

Years ago when MyProtien first started they where an outstanding company with great customer service. The last year or two, it has gone completely downhill it seems. The last few orders from them have been unacceptable. As a long time customer i get regular Emails offering very good deals to which i wish to use occasionally. Unfortunately, these deals do not seem to want to work at all. (Examples of late) Last night there was a late night shopping deal to get 40% off my order. I went to use the code and i got a message to say "This code cannot be used with the items in your basket." I checked the terms and conditions and i had the perfect requirements for this order. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I am sure this is a scam to get buyers to come to their website. I have used over 3 different browsers and 3 different computers and still it doesn't work. Also a while back i had the same problem with a free 1KG of protein. This time it said it was added to my basket. but did they send it to me? Not in the slightest! contacted customer services and they refused to send me what i was owed. About as useful as a chocolate teapot. This is only two examples but there have been more which i cant be bothered to go into. MyProtien do sell decent products at a fair price. But im guessing the extra money you pay is for good customer service! If i experience anything more like this i will gladly take my custom elsewhere.

have used for years without issues

I have used myprotein for over 10 years without any issues. Typically I just buy unflavoured whey concentrate 80. They are sometimes more expensive than some other online supplement stores but offer price matching. I rated them 5* as I do frequently recommend them to others in the UK.

Not impressed

Ordered a workout shirt amongst other things, however it never arrived and is now showing as out of stock on the website. Have received no updates from myprotien as to when I can expect delivery and no explanation as to how I was able to purchase a product they do not have in stock. As a loyal customer for many years now who has recommended the site to many friends and fellow gym goers I had hoped for better.

I have recently changed my protein products and tried Myprotien, I have to say the products are good and always delivered within a few days, in fact my recent order was placed Yesterday 4/10 and has already been delivered this morning- can't ask for more than that

very solid company, never had any complaints

I have been using MP for a couple of years now and have found their products to be the best for their price, and I have never had any problems with delivery or costumer care. overall would I recommend it to anybody that was in the market for supplements or fitness clothing.

Contaminated Paletinose

In April I purchased a 2.5 kg bag of the above from these guys. I have used them for circa 10 years and spend around £100 every month, I was about half way through the bag when I noticed some small grey pieces amongst the white powder. On closer inspection I found quite a lot of these, which turned out to be iron filings/shavings around 5mm long. I took macro photos and sent them to myprotein along with batch number info for traceability. They basically would not admit it came from their process and said how they had examined the machinery and found no evidence !!! They then offered me a refund and said they would also add the equivalent to my account as a good will gesture. 1 Month later and still nothing. I have most likely ingested some of these metal fragments and this is the best response/fob off i get. Something has changed within the culture of this company, or maybe they feel big enough now not to have to worry about market share etc.
I now use Go Nutrition and have only good things to say about these guys, so goodbye MyProtein and good riddance.

Great products, poor quality assurance and service

I've been buying from these guys for a couple of years.

I made and order back at the start of 2015 and ended up with a bag of god only knows powder... This got sorted out.

On June the 4th I placed an order and used a number of discount codes, going from £67 down to £50, yippee. Wrong. Got to the check out, paid with paypal and though nothing of it. Logged in today only to find that MP had bounced the order back into my basket. Paypal had registered the sale, but marked it as pending????

Have rang, and a chap said it will be investigated, but alas i hold little hope for a resolution.

I know what they will say,"you will have to re check out" (Yeah and loose my discount codes).

Ill leave it another day and raise a dispute through paypal.

Customer care lousy

I've only used a few of their products but when reordered something I was sent a slightly different product.
When asked if they would change it, or offer any kind of compensation they said a resounding "NO"!
I pointed out it was their fault - Still - No. I am dumbfounded at the ignorance of this company and will not be using them again. I shall also be referring this matter to Trading Standards.

poor customer service

Very poor. Three times, my orders never arrived, and neither Yodel or MyProtein communicated to me that it had been sent back to the MyProtein factory - so I was left waiting and eventually I had to chase up both companies. The final time I demanded answers from MP as to why this kept happening and I just got the usual sorry (albeit very polite), no reimbursement whatsoever. They would not even cover the cost of re-sending my package with a different courier when I directly asked if this was possible, seeing as they and their original courier messed up. I am a regular customer and do not feel remotely valued by them. When you lodge a complaint you get the 'sorry, we'll investigate it' and that is that - you cannot even reply to that email.

I think the company is great at value for money products, possibly the best? However, I think their customer service and delivery methods are shockingly bad for such a big company. They need to ditch Yodel and value their customers more.

disappointing but happy in the end,

First time customer, items all arrived yet one bag was damaged, contacted them and they offerd a 5pound refund, i excepted as was better then nothing, but as bag of 500g spirulina cost 20.99 and lost atleast half a bag was abit pooped, that said i would probably give them another go when need more supplies as responded to emails fairly fast an they did acknowledge the damage with a part refund so overall happy in the end.

Beware of MP, shop else where (in my opinion)

I had been a customer for a while but had queried the issue of no nutritional info on their protein powder packaging (unflavoured whey, one of their most popular products), some of the replies I got back was "that is our old packaging, our new packaging has it on it", "it's on our website" & the best one but most concerning one was "we dont have to put it on the packaging". I checked this with various regulatory authorities and they confirmed that you do have to put the nutritional info on the packaging. The big concern I had was I felt was the nutritional content of the goods I was purchasing were not what was really in the packaging. Other companies such as Bulkpowders do print on this info on their packaging so I buy from them.

the complete package

mate! their site could not be any easier to shop on if it read your mind and chose for you and there is lots of help and tips. the shakes are a little bit sweet for me. the gear was ere in to days flat, oh and the man with a van was really polite thats allways solid in my book well done my protein
