Poor delivery and customer care!
I have bought protien shakes from myprotien in the past and was happy with them so the product is not a problem for me so i decided to place my second order with them and with the counter saying i can get next day delivery by spending over £50 before the clock counts down i hurried my order in and spent £180 on shakes. That was on the 26th of June and it is now the 9th of July, ive tried phoning them once and waited 10 minutes before putting the phone down and so today as i had a bit more time to spare ive decided to follow it up again and as i write this i have been on the phone listening to the same song for 26 minutes!!

Placed order on April 25th, no sign, no response
I have been waiting since the 25th of April for my order.
I have opened four tickets and sent two emails and have yet to receive a response from the company.
Everytime I have ring their helpline no one answers the phone.
I love the product but I find their customer service absolutely terrible.

Cheap, does what it says on the tin goods.
Markedly cheaper than high street branded goods, does the same thing. You just need to know what you're looking for.

Shocking Service
Having ordered products from this company over 2 weeks ago I have still yet to receive them. I understand the delivery company is partly at fault, however I paid myprotein.co.uk for products which I have not received. My partner has called several times to be told that they would ring back, which they never do. The product is generally ok from the company it is just massively let down by the complete lack of interest in any form of customer service. A real shame and a massive let down. I will never use them again and will most certainly ensure that non of my friends/business partners in the fitness industry will. I will endevour to pursure this to either get a refund or receive the products I paid for. A total disgrace.

Seems to be a good company
Good - Fast delivery and a good range of products at a reasonable price.
Bad - Most shakes seem to be very frothy compared to the maximuscle brand I used before and not as nice in taste.
