Ilayda helped me solve a complicated issue very quickly. I am used to waiting days for issues like this to be solved but she was speedy. She was also just very nice over the phone.

I was confused about why my employer's reference was pending on the website and hadn't been received. Ilayda from the support team got back to my email quickly, arranged a phone call, updated the email and ensured it was sent before ending the call. Super grateful for the swift help, as I was stressed over the application.

This website shouldn’t a thing. Why do I need a CV to rent a property? Am I applying for a job? I refuse to apply for a property from any agency that requires people to fill in this BS. Why should I have to give my personal information and documents to a third party company that’s not involved in me renting the property. It’s a damn shame that seemingly most agencies ask people to register with these clowns before they proceed allow them to even view a property let alone proceed with the process

Although completing the online form and uploading documents was relatively easy, the employer validation step required some manual intervention which Ilayda in the service support team was able to provide. My experience can I just start by saying thank you for all the help I received.My experience in a nutshell I could never have filled in the cv without the professionalism, kindness, compassion and patience that was shown to me by one of your colleagues llayda at such a difficult time in my life. I do think the cv is a great Idea for it means now that when I apply for a property all my information is there taking the stress away from having to fill in loads of forms etc. This has all been very helpful and appreciated I would recommend anyone to have a cv put together by this company. In conclusion all I would like to say is a great thank you to llayda and to the company keep up the good work for it could be a game changer as I am sure it will be for me.
