Myrentboat 

My husband with some family friends booked a boat holdiday in Volos, Greece for this coming week through MyRentBoat. 3 days before departer, MyRentBoat has still not paid the boat owner and therefore our holiday is ruined. The boat owner was very clear we would not get the boat we paid MyRentBoat for. We just got scammed for €5000, not to mention hotels, flights and other booked activities which are not refundable. Stay away from these scammers.

I have been in touch with Myretaboat by email regarding the booking of 2 charters in June and a 3rd in september, then Aysel contacted me over WhatsApp.
After payment, first booking when smoothly but now, only 3 days before 2nd booking,
charter companies confirmed that they didn't recieve any payment for last 2 bookings (most expensive bookings).
They invented diffrent type of excuses and postponed several times payment or refund.

Me and my friends are now 3 days before check-in with no payment confirmed by charter company... if you want a hassle free holiday, stay away from this company. We have appointed a lawyer to resolve the matter as there are hotel payments, flights, the losses are not limited to the boat rental.

I made a contract with your agent Aysel, she is very helpfull to me, she is doing great. It was pleasure for me talking with her, she is 100% trusted person i think. I would love to share my experience with my friends

The "required extras" on any charter in the Caribbean are a nuisance when trying to budget the costs of a vacation. Its like booking a hotel only find out that beds are extra.

I have just returned from the charter organized with the support of Anna Beirad and I want to write a review about the unpleasant experience I had with the charter company White Sails from Preveza.
Thank you Anna for the professional support and I will definitely continue to use myrentboat services.
The representatives of White Sails in Preveza offered me bad services and left me to do without technical support in dangerous conditions.
1. the employee who handed over the Why Knot catamaran to me did not know its main elements, he did not know where the dirty water tank emptying valves are, he did not know its electrical equipment, he failed to show me the oil level of the engines.
2. On the second day of the charter, the autopilot started giving errors in operation, every 5-10 minutes it stopped and had to be restarted, which made my stay an ordeal. Also, the indicators that showed the speed and direction of the wind stopped working. Although I sent a message to John Agoros, base manager, he told me that a technician, Nikos, would call me, who never called and I could not fix the autopilot until the end of the stay, a fact also recorded in the check sheet out.
3. On 31.08 at 5 p.m., while I was more than 5 miles from Fiskardo port, an engine stopped working, a fact that caused panic among the people on board. With enough difficulty I managed to anchor the boat in a nearby bay and wait for the intervention of a mechanic sent by John Agoros the next day. From the mechanic's explanation, it appeared that a diesel filter was very clogged with garbage and stopped the fuel supply to the engine. The reason being the lack of periodic review. You have to imagine that only my experience and luck prevented this vacation from turning into a tragedy. What would have happened if the other engine stopped at sea?

Anna was really amazing going far far over what you normally expect from a standard broker of boats.
