Really confused communication. Constant mistakes. Great prices for yachts on site, but experience beyond that is poor.

Had issues with booking, and tried calling agent directly along with MyrentBoat Main number. Neither picked up despite calling several times across the day. Not confidence inspiring.

Response: I’ve been clear on booking issues above. Tried Myrentaboat number again just now and yet again no answer.

Further the boat we chartered was in atrocious condition. See list of issues: no working radio, no bowtruster, both pull and push pits falling off, battery had issues meaning we had to charge 5-6 times a day, mainsail broken (unusable), all mosquito nets broken, boat was filthy on arrival.

Myrentaboat we’re informed of our issues and displeasure and did nothing to rectify (not even black listing Golden Compass charter company, of the 5 boats that company had chartered the week we were in Greece all 5 had major issues. We tried to rectify with golden compass directly and they have been none responsive.

Do not use MyRentaBoat and check the charter yacht owner(stay away from Golden compass)

Great overall service. No-brainer, affordable and immediate response from the support team. I had to rent, then cancel for personal reasons, then rent again. No issues with the refunds so I will stick with this service in the future.

There was a bug in the website and I could not make reservations. I contacted the UK number. No response, but after 2 hours Alex reached out via whatsapp. He was quick and friendly, also for the follow-up via email. So far quite happy with his services.

I was planning to charter a catamaran in the very uncertain situation because of Covid. So I was booking it several weeks in advance (that is not usual). Site with pretty good user experience: high quality photos, plan of the boats, search by the boat name, button "write by" with lost of the most popular messenger. I've used the last option and got full explanation about all aspects about bareboat charters: needed licenses, countries, bonuses etc.
