First batch performed as expected - appetite dramatically curbed, lost 8 lbs first month. Second batch...nothing. Appetite came back, gained three lbs and counting. Let Mystart customer support know by email and phone. All reps were sympathetic. Nurse called to explain that it was probably a titration issue but would not send replacement or refund the cost of second month. It is not their policy. The second batch simply did not work. I cancelled. Would still like my money back.

This experience has been kind of a nightmare. I started in July, received my medication and was taking it daily, but no effect whatsoever. No weight loss and absolutely no response from customer support. They would send email telling me to complete intake but no link, no access, no nothing. No call back! Not what I paid for!

I can't find any of my previous information in the client portal, no one is responding to my messages. I got a call from a random person asking for my credit card info over the phone stating they were refunding me my payment and wanted to refill me. I tried calling multiple times but just get sent to a voicemail. Do not use this is a scam company. I just paid for three more months of meds but have no way to order them.

Stay away from this scam. They never sent any product; charged an automatic subscription of nearly $300 per month. They disputed my CC claim and won. The company name and phone number on my statement was just for billing purposes; said they had no record of me having an account. Impossible to cancel.

The clinician I met with was Daniele. She was very kind, compassionate and explained the medication process in detail. My medication came very quickly as she said it would. Overall I am very happy with My Start Health for my weight loss journey. Also I feel great with the weight loss and seeing the results
