Awful. I received a shirt that was 1 year old (retro?!), sizing was all wrong and it was available online for £7.99 (I had paid £29.99 plus £4.99 postage but I guess it’s the risk you take). Requested to return the item, was told I could have an exchange only. Promptly returned the item, then nothing. For weeks. No response to my emails. So I had to claim my money back through my bank. Then they responded saying that my replacement shirt was in a batch that had ‘gone missing’ and they would duly send another. Still waiting 2 months down the line. Avoid and use one of the other similar named websites with whom I’ve never had a problem.

I ordered and paid for a shirt 3 weeks ago. It still hasn't arrived. I have emailed 4 times, and filled in the online form asking for an update. I have also tried phoning and messaging the number hidden in the privacy notice. No-one has responded to me. I have no shirt, and no sign of a refund. Clearly a scam set up. AVOID!

Extremely unprofessional.

Took 8 days for dispatch. No compensation nothing. The way their"Director“ correspondences via E-Mail is Rude and totally unprofessional

There are better and serious options to buy from like mysteryfootball. Bonus mysteryfootball won’t send you ads on a daily base

Ordered a jersey as a gift. Arrived in poor packaging, poor quality shirt. They don’t respond to emails. Do not deal with this company. Totally unprofessional.

I purchased a shirt for my sons 13th birthday. It arrived 2 weeks later but for age 16-17. I emailed and I did get a response asking me to send back and they would supply another and refund my postage I did as asked.
2 months later and after sending 8 emails I have had no response from any of them, no refund or exchange. So I am £30 out of pocket and no shirt. I have instructed my credit card company to recover the money. Please don't use this company.

Terrible company. Ordered a mystery retro shirt for £50 and received a very poor quality shirt that all other retailers are selling for less than half that price! No response to emails to be able to arrange a return and no phone number to be able to call them. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

SCAM.
You will get a £20 rubbish remake that you could of bought from sports direct. THEY DO NOT SEND OUT ACTUAL AUTHENTIC RETRO SHIRTS EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY DO.
No customer service. This is a lad sat in his garage counting your money.

Bought a shirt for my 8 year old nephew, the order confirms the correct age/size, but received a shirt for a 4 year old.
No response from the company.

Ordered 3 kits- All were from the same country, all reprints

Please avoid this company at all costs and go to your local markets or 2nd hand shop

Appalling. Zero customer service response. Dispatch and delivery times 2 weeks longer than advertised. Send copy shirts worth a fraction of the proce and disregard any offered "avoid teams" waste of time and a rip off

I have hesitantly ordered in the past - and much to my surprise; I did in fact get some rather nice shirts at an okay price. However, when it came to ordering their most expensive package (Three shirt-bundle) which cost me just under £100 and I never received my order. After 8 working days (where they claim their maximum is 5 within the uk), and 4 emails: Still nothing. An utterly disgusting scam and if you are planning to spoil your football fan family members/children/friends/partners. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE. Avoid this disgustingly low service website.

Ordered 3 tops as a gift for my son (in the comments section instructed we did not want any tops of a specific colour). Upon opening his celebration gifts 2 of the 3 tops supplied were of that specific colour - my son was not at all pleased. I contacted MRS and was instructed to send them back for replacements. Done so, then after waiting another 3 weeks received 2 tops. 1 of them (even though it was the correct age group) was far too small and also was this years top (not Retro as purchased), the other top is what i can only say is an unofficial cheap fake top (with hand written tag applied) from 2 seasons ago (also not retro as purchased). The main reason for me writing this uncomplimentary review is that i emailed yet again mentioning the above however i have not received any response and this alone has left myself and my son completely disheartened by our experience

Been emailing since December, still no reply. Product never arrived. Sister in law also ordered, her order came a month late and was a 2022 shirt despite ordering a retro shirt.

Only left a 1 star review as you can’t leave a zero star review. Shirt we received is clearly fake and took 3 weeks to arrive. No reply to any emails. Avoid

A note to everyone reading this review- do not buy from this company!

I received an AC Milan training shirt but their website said that no training shirts or pre match shirts would be sent out. So I emailed them 3 times but still no response.

What a disappointment!! Order placed a fortnight before Christmas, no communication and no response to my delivery enquiry then an out of office response from a subsequent email I sent on the 22nd December in which they claim last orders went out on 21st December….. No tracking info received as clearly my order was never dispatched! What a bunch of rat-bags this lot are, happy to take the money upon order being placed, giving false hope to customers and ruining Christmas. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS GO ELSEWHERE!!

After almost 2 weeks tried to contact them to see why I’d not received a shipment notification. Completely ignored. A few days later they just sent an automatic email saying order canceled. No reason why. Now ignoring all attempts of contact.

A couple of issues, first was my fault for not being specific, they let me return for an exchange. The exchange was incorrect but Lewis sorted this for me and kept me updated the whole time. My son now has a very nice looking shirt for his birthday! Will defo use again

My son really enjoyed the retro experience and it saved a lot of time/effort finding a gift. Thanks so much guys, one happy customer here

I ordered a shirt and then tried to contact them to cancel the order. However, there is NO telephone number! Had to email, but heard nothing back so going to contact my credit card company because after seeing these reviews I don’t believe this is a credible company. Any company that ignores customers emails and has no other way to contact them should be avoided like the plague. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I placed an order with them. My credit card company will get my money back - they are good at dealing with these type of companies.

I am editing my review to say this company eventually responded and my shirt arrived!! The shirt was a Scottish one from 2007 and the recipient (9 year old) liked it. However, I don’t think I’d use again based on poor communication which is a shame. Wish these companies had a better way of getting in touch to resolve issues.
