The product was disappointing. My fingerprint reader will not read my finger when the protective glass is on. So this renders it usless to me.

The item arrived today but it had the wrong mains plug attached.

The item arrived today but it had the wrong plug attached. It had a 2 pin plug and in Ireland we use 3 pin earthed plugs as standard. Otherwise I would have given a higher satisfaction score. A silly and unnecessary omission as the address clearly states the region/country. Since then the item which I had purchased for a family member didn't work and I wanted to return it but even though I provided images of the problem I am required to post it back at my expense to Denmark. I purchased it on the site MyTrendyPhone.ie and I thought that is who I was dealing with as the emails from them were also from .IE. I have not received a reply to my questions only to send it back. This is why I am saying buyer beware when using this site. A very unhappy customer.

You offered a component at 3-5 days delivery. Once bought you informed me of despatch which currently is now 8 days ago and still not received. On enquiring you simply sent tracking info which tells me it's from Denmark for the first time! Why can't you be honest at the sale point!!

Wound not buy from again.
I ordered a screen protector order number 16066801 in December 2024( I know years ago) waited a few week with no delivery. so I got in contact with customer service and was told I needed to fill out an "affidavit" so I did that send it in and heard nothing even after follow up emails. so I eventually gave up on receiving my package. the only reason I did not give them one star is because I ordered a phone case before that and it arrived fast enough (but it started to break after 8 months).

This is my 4th or 5th time writing a review I’m honestly sick and tired of how poorly this is ran my order didn’t come and I was told on the 14th of January I would get a refund and I still haven’t got it yet I’m waiting for my refund if it’s not gonna come I will be taking this further

I still haven't received my phone cover…

I still haven't received my phone cover and screen protector having ordered on 14th January. The website says delivery will be in 3-5 working days. I'm very frustrated as I can't use my new phone and when I contacted an agent, I was told to get back onto them if it hadn't arrived by 29th January. This is not in line with what is being advertised by your company.
