They take your money knowing product is out of stock!

Bought the saii tempered glass screen protector for Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Spotted they both had marks where the protector changed for the fingerprint area of the glass.
Contacted customer support who told me immediately it was how I had applied the protector even though I hadn't even got to that stage, exchanged multiple emails with no progress despite sending photo evidence and I was only asking for a replacement.
Totally no customer service, you are left with defective product and no way of recompense.

Got my galaxy s8+ phone case in a little over a week, and it was even sturdier and better than I expected! Would recommend.

Awful customer service. Placed an order on a Monday which was confirmed. Later in the week was informed it was out of stock. The beginning of the following week was told the item had been dispatched. No tracking and no delivery at the end of that week. Customer service then confirmed it was dispatched by Royal Mail and to wait another 10 days before pursuing further. When I queried that, they again confirmed package was in the post but wait up to another 4 days. Still no delivery - then customer service claimed I had entered my address incorrectly and I needed to pay an additional £2.30 to release the package. I sent them a series of questions and a copy of the confirmation of order note as evidence they had my address - all of which were ignored and the conclusion was this incident was all my fault. I am now awaiting a full refund and it is over 2 weeks since I placed the order.
MyTrendyPhone - if you are reading this I have a full timeline of emails to back up my comments and I would welcome someone higher up the food chain investigating. 202

Ordered a Sony phone charger. No tracking number. I had to guess when it will arrived.
Item came in a piece of plastic. It's sony, it's supposed to be in a good packaging if it's legit/original. I'm guessing it's a fake sony charger. Maybe the seller of this website are Chinese. 😡😡

Don't ever buy from this website.
No quality products.
When product broken after use 6 months. I must paid even for tracking to return.

And they never contact you.

This company and website working like live in chaina.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING A MONTH FOR A PHONE WALET, WAS TO BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN THE 20TH FEB, THEY REPLY TO MY EMAILS WITH, PLEASE SEND YOUR ORDER NO. OR PHONE NUMBER, I HAVE SENT THEM 4 TIMES AND THEY JUST CONTINUE TO ASK FOR THEM. I WONT BE WASTING ANY MORE TIME ON MY TRENDY SCAM, I PURCHASED FROM MOBILE FUN GOT MY ITEM IN 5 DAYS.

Despite all the negative reviews my £12 head phones arrived in 5 days as stated, securely and well packaged. I was very pleased.

I have tried to return a incorrect phone case they sent me, when I went through the process they made it very difficult, maybe I am thick but I have no trouble returning items to ebay, amazone etc. There instructions are in Danish for example so I have given up but there is always the consultation that I don't have to deal with this company again
Ps I ordered a phone cover from eBay it cost me just over £5 no carriage fee great quality and took two days delivery

This website is absolutely terrible. Taken my money but haven't delivered my product. Then tried to blame An post ....this is robbery. Do not give your card details to these people.

Bought the same phone twice from this site on different dates.
First one PayPal cancelled by them stating identified as risky sale and that I can pay different way.
Ordered again paid debit card email again saying same thing from them.
Appears they want bank transfer payment no chance that's happening.

Garbage, ordered a phone and paid for it. The next day I get an email telling me that I've got to pay an import charge of around £50/£60...! I cancelled on email (which they have refunded) I also asked why I wasn't told about these charges. There answer was it in the t&c's.... Joke company.

I think this is a scammer website.
Of course many people are right.
Pay more on different websites but with good reviews.
This is mistake.

I ordered a phone case from MyTrendyPhone, a week later they informed me it was out of stock, 3 weeks later they emailed me indicating it was in stock and was on its way, the case never arrived, and I cannot contact them to get a refund, their Email page does not work.

I was really disappointed with this website, and wont be using them again.

This company is totally unprofessional. I did not receive the product. After complaining many times and making me wait for 20 days, they made me sign an affidavit and refunded me the amount after 10 days. Don't ever purchase from them.

Product not received. Refund promised but not received after several requests. No response to emails. Looks like a scam. Will pursue the refund through my bank. Stay away!

I bought 2 sets of OCY Bluetooth earbuds.
€53.80
I opened one set and put an initial K on the back of the box with marker.
I then tried using the ear buds. They we rubbish quality, cutting out continually, I couldn’t use them so emailed to say I’d be returning both sets. I posted them back immediately. 3 weeks later they let me know that they’d only refund one set as the other had marker and couldn’t resell
1 month later I got the refund of €25.40
They even charged me for their postage back. I would strongly advise avoiding this company. Thanks Rua

Product shipped from Germany, arrived in 4 working days, no problems.

Hope you don't make mistake of ordering with these guys, says 2 -3 days delivery , been 2 weeks and no sign , they are a joke
