Order turn-around in UK
At this stage I can only comment on the quick turn-around of my order in the UK as I am still waiting for delivery to my address in New Zealand.

This rating only allows up to 5 stars. Seriously, they deserve 10 stars! I have been using them since June 2025.
Their service is fast, professional and knowledgeable. Every transaction has gone smoothly. The price for their services are excellent. I have had five separate shipments with multiple shipments inbound to them.
I have used their repack and consolidation services. Both of these services, on multiple occasions were completed the same day. They respond to inquires exceptionally fast. Shipments are sent out quickly and my packages are packed exceptionally well and arrive in mint condition.
MyUKmailbox is a trusted business. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mail service in the UK. They have been a life saver for me. Without them, I would not have been able to complete the transactions I needed.
My last date of experience with MyUKmailbox was March 11, 2026. Their performance is consistently excellent.

Your rates are very high. It is also crazy that I had one thing delivered (a raincoat) and the only way to get the option of using Royal Mail was to pay you 10 GBP to have someone repackage it.

Thanks for your review. I completely understand your frustration regarding the costs, so I’d like to clarify how our pricing and services work.
Our shipping rates don't just cover the postage; they include the entire fulfilment process of receiving, processing, securely storing, picking, and dispatching your items.
Regarding the £9.99 repacking fee for your raincoat, Royal Mail has strict size and weight limits for international shipments. Parcels cannot exceed 2kg, and all sides added together must not total more than 90cm.
The original box your item arrived in was much larger than this limit. Our team used the repacking service to shrink your parcel down to fit within Royal Mail's dimensions. While there is a fee to do this, shrinking the box actually unlocked the cheaper Royal Mail option for you, which saved you significantly compared to using a standard courier.
I hope this clarifies things and explains how the repacking service ultimately worked in your favour to keep your overall shipping costs down.
