myukmailbox is the most reliable parcel…
myukmailbox is the most reliable parcel forwarding company I have ever used.
In the past, I have experienced problems with many forwarding companies, and in most cases, I was unable to receive any refund when parcels were lost or mishandled. In contrast, myukmailbox has always worked very efficiently, and when a parcel was lost, I was able to receive a refund properly.
To be honest, I would like to continue using myukmailbox. However, recently I have been considering trying another forwarding company. The items I purchase are not very expensive, and I feel that myukmailbox’s shipping rates are a little high for my needs. That is why I think it may be necessary to look for a more affordable service.
That said, I fully understand and appreciate that the service provided by myukmailbox is truly first class.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Literally felt robbed. They made me pay a 10£ repack service so I can have access to a carrier that wasn’t +150£ and then charged me 40£ for a shitty untracked service that was 16£ before.

Great customs help
I sent a very complicated package through MyUKMailbox to the US. It was received by customs, stuck in their warehouse, and they had many follow up questions. MyUKMailbox was exceptional in figuring out what to do next and walked me through the process for how to get my package through customs. I couldn’t have done it without them. They deserve all 5 stars. Would recommend.
