Good price/value and support. Sometimes there possibly was a non clean shutdown of the MariaDB since some tables turn crashed state. Had to setup repairing cronjob since it happened regularly. Important for me is a cryptocurrency support. It seems like some issues resolution depends on a single person (F.) and so the replies are delayed (but still received in 24 hours).

They always respond to tickets quickly. Services are as advertised and actually my websites load faster than the other hosting I was with before. Thanks!

I'm not tech savvy. I have very little knowledge of this language. These guys are so helpful, and their responses are pleasant and clear. If I have an issue or a question based on my site, and I can not find the answer on a search engine I go to my last resort, that is to open a ticket. I have usually got a reply within 10 minutes with the answer. There's no arrogance here. It's seamless. Thank you! You seem very nice people.

NameCrane offers the best hosting plans at the best market price, all with premium features that many other companies charge extra for or only offer in higher-tier plans. One might think that with such prices, the support would be of lower quality, but that's not the case. The support is excellent, even better than many other companies I've tried. An added bonus is that for those with a few clients, the pricing allows reselling the hosting plans while still making a decent profit, something that's very hard to find with other companies. Another important point is the various server locations. In my case, Europe is important, and while my country isn’t an option, the servers are close enough, and I can always use Cloudflare’s free option. In summary, give it a try, and you’ll see that within a year, you’ll be moving all your sites to NameCrane.
