Thanks so much everyone. Almost got sucked into this. Sorry to all who lost money but big thanks to the reviewers and trust pilot!

Bought some via Ebay.

Arrived packed in a nondescript clear wrapper.

No better than using a scrap piece of cloth.

Complained and after initially being offered a small percentage back, stated sale of goods act etc. and got a full refund.

The ease of obtaining a refund after a bit of pushing, makes me believe it's a scam / fake, and they are just trying their luck.

These are junk,absolutely worthless. Tried a couple spots on my wife's Mercedes,did absolutely nothing.

Sent them a email asking for my money back. They have it set up they refund you 65% and you keep the cloths. I told them they had a great scam working.

This product has got to be the worst on-line purchase I have ever made. I watched the on-line advertising and was amazed. After purchasing the product, I am now skeptical that the videos had not been manipulated. I purchased 2 clothes and used one on my daughter's car that had a small scratch on the decklid. Absolutely no improvement at all. I then used the second cloth on the facia of my Mercedes. Again, absolutely no change. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for misleading advertising/fraud. Case#18260466. BTW-the product comes from China

Nano sparkle is a complete ripoff , hit better result using toilet paper , it’s an insult to consumers , all those 5 stars reviews are fake guaranteed !
I just can’t believe how bad this product is, product name is over rated , just useless composite rag , worthless , Chinese taking advantage of naive American consumers again

They advertise 1 for $14.98 & 1 free. Then they charge you for both! Also, it works on small scratches but does nothing for larger ones & it leaves a residue you have to scrub off.

BEWARE OF THE PRODUCTS ON YouTube. This is one of them. This company is crooked. They took my money and never sent my product.

Just useless piece of cloth. Just a Chinese scam

I believe it's a scam,if you contact for info about delivery come back with a different story every time.Now said sent to local post office, no they didn't!It's been over a month now.

I JUST RECEIVED THE NANO PRODUCT AND IT DOES SOME OF WHAT IT SAYS BUT NOT ALL ,I DID WHAT THE DIRECTIONS TOLD ME TO DO AND SOME AREAS WAS ABLE TO BE REMOVED AND SOME NOT .BUT I AM GOING TO ASK FOR A REFUND ,ITS FALSE ADVERTIZING

Oh my cawd this stuff is amazing. I bought nano sparkle and it arrived quickly. I immediately rushed to polish me car mates. I have a deep scratch that a transexual left on my car after calling it a name. Within seconds of nano sparkle my car was good as new. I love you nano sparkle.

Continue to ignore my cancellation despite my emails. If they attempt to still proceed with charging me for this cloth when zi have cancelled numerous times I will take action.
This is a fraudulent company and product dont recommend buying this cloth. Read the ratings.

I have recived the refund for the returned product of cource only for the product, I got it from Paypal
I recommend that the anouncement also tell that a custom payment migt add to the payment

I did not want expediated processing! As far as I can tell, this product is being offered as a SCAM to put extra charges on to credit cards. I have sent this to the Feds,

Since the beginning of August I have been waiting for delivery of a Nano Sparkle cloth I paid £26.00 - Buy 1 get 1 free plus postage, - after a month there was no sign of delivery Nano sparkle said it was with UPS-UPS said order not yet received another month passed by, A further e-mail to nano sparkle said yes it was with UPS -Ups said it has been delivered!!! I don't think there is such a thing as a Nano sparkle cloth - Pay pal have contacted them and to be fair have tried to resolve the problem. Nano sparkle have come back with an offer of £11.00 in full and final settlement, why not say we are very sorry and will send another 2 cloths ASAP.,

I dodged the bullet

The cloth eventually arrived after I tried contact the company - they asked that I "pay a fee to speak with (them)". I tried this piece of garbage on a small scratch on my 2023 Audi Q5 - truly appreciate the $1000 + bill to repair the damage that this garbage created. I can read - university graduate - so I followed the instructions. Not surprised that Canadian Tire, Amazon and other reputable retailers refuse to stock this garbage. They apparently don't want to be part of a class action suit. I'll put my $30+ (Canadian) loss down to experience - PLEASE TREAT THIS SCAM AS YOU WOULD A PLAGUE CARRIER. AVOID THEM> Worst transaction that I have ever experienced on-line. And for the record, a one star review is the minimum that I can offer - we need to be in the negative zone. Shame on this garbage enterprise.

An absolute scam, which is obvious if you bother to read the company's Terms & Conditions, which says they have no liability if the information on their website is wrong and if the product does not perform as you expect. In their own words (from their terms of service):

"We are not responsible if the information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk."

So, basically, you can't rely on anything they say and it's your fault if the product you buy doesn't work if you relied only on the information on their website.

They also clearly say that they don't guarantee their products or that they will do what you expect:

"We do not guarantee that the quality of any products....purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations".

They couldn't be clearer: do not expect the product to work and if you do buy it and it fails, it's your fault for believing their website.

They also very clearly say that any return costs are not their responsibility. So even if it's faulty, you have to pay to return it.

If you do buy this, you can't complain about being scammed because their terms essentially tell you that's what they'll do.

Ordered the product at the beginning of August, It is now half way through October and has still not been delivered. Company said they would look into why goods have been delayed and get back to me, this was 2 weeks ago and I have still heard nothing. I suspect I have been scammed

What an absolute waist of money! I rubbed some light scratches, nothing happened, light scratches still remain. Talk about a rip off. Don't waist your money.
