First of it doesn't work at all they give you 3 nano sparkle cloths and some kind of white stuff and there's really no instructions what is on the box doesn't even say anything about how to use the white stuff and on top of that it leaves the paint were you used it dull I even after I used the nano sparkle went over the dull area and it doesn't want to shine anymore now I have to buff out what I did with the nano sparkle if you have to buff out what you just did with that cloth you just may as well just buy the 3M automotive polish because it cuts the paint and polishs the paint to a beautiful finish don't waste your money it's junk

Stay well away from this company. Shocking customer service and a product that’s a total waste of money.
They say they offer a 30 day money back guarantee but will not honour it.

Save your money and your paint. Tried it on a scratch that I have on my vehicle door and all it did was made it worse. Scratch is still there and the paint around the scratch is dull, looks worse than the scratch it self.

After 3 tries on the same hairline scratches on my fender it still does not hide the scratch. This is a complete waste of money and the company will not ever cover the cost of mailing it back so they are making sure that you don't bother to send it back. Another complete ripoff company.

Yes, the product is a scam as so many other reviewers attest; it simply doesn't work. The slick video ads show magical results -- scratches on the car's paint just become pristine finishes again. Well that's the ad, but the reality is that using this product did MORE damage to the area than was there before it was used. Well, not for nuttin as we say here in Brooklyn -- but people, how did you think rubbing a scratch in a painted surface would somehow make that scratch disappear? Even if the product was able to grab some paint color from the surrounding area (and without dulling or damaging the good area), car paint is BAKED on to the metal surface -- just moving some paint from the good paint into the scratch will not cause those paint particles to somehow magically adhere to the scratch. It should have been apparent just from the explanation or lack of it, how this product is SUPPOSED to work should have been enough to click STOP on this nonsense video and certainly not press the ORDER button...and then have to endure the upsell offers to by TWO and then FOUR. Foolishness and a scam.

Same complaints as everyone else! Fortunately I only treated a small area of my car at first so was able to avoid more extensive damage. I need to investigate further to see how we put a stop to these scam merchants!

Bought 1 cloth very sceptical and rightly so. DOES NOT WORK. Oh the scratches disappear but after 30/40 seconds reappear worse then before. How are they getting away with it !!!!

A complete scam. The product does not work and they don't refund your money. They try to negotiate, then stall so it's past the 90 day period. Unethical.
It actually damaged the finish on my car. They tried to tell me I used it incorrectly. I followed their instructions. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered product paid $106.96 for the product, plus $16.02 shipping insurance. Received Product quickly, and not damaged. I used it as instructions say, and got absolutly no results. It removed NO minor scratches. I emailed them, asking for a refund of the amount for the product, not the shipping insurance. This is the email they sent me :

I returned an email stating I would return the product as it is useless, via USPS with tracking, at a cost to me of $8.70. Tracking number shows that they received the package on September 03, 11:41AM. I have tried to call several times, never getting an answer. It is now 9/20/2024 and I have not received a refund, or, any further correspondence from them.
Buyer Beware

Never before in my life have I been ripped off like I have been with this product. Not only did I pay double what I expected to (with no chance of a refund) but I could have done a similar job with a brillo pad and margarine .

DO NOT BUY!!! Absolutely disgusted with this product, it has made the paintwork look worse than it did and also hasn't removed any of the scratches. Even very fine scratches have been left looking worse. The paintwork is now very dull in the places I have tried it and it really stands out. Meant to have a 90 day money back policy but trying to find out how to go about getting it is impossible. Emails ignored or bounce back. Will be reporting to trading standards but as its an American company probably won't make any difference.

Took clear coat off so now I'm left with dull areas where wax now won't adhere. The scratches would be less noticable than the dull areas all over my vehicle. This product is absolute garbage. Save your money. I am NOT a happy camper.

There was absolutely NO difference in tiny scratches before I used Nonosparkle and after. If I could give 0 stars, I would. No hope of getting my money back, of course.

Tried it but was not impressed it took the shine of the paintwork and the scratches were still visible complained to Nano who replied you have to send back at your cost which could be upto $20 depending on where you are offered 60% refund which i accepted but is a rip off dont buy stay clear

It came in a fairly decent time. But when applied, it completely dulled the paint job and that stuck out like a sore thumb. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT on a new car

After seeing the ridiculous Nanosparkle ad, I just had to try it (on my mother-in-law's car). And just as I suspected, Nanosparkle is crap! What a mess!!
And my mother-in-law is pissed (at "whoever" did this to her car)
