From start to finish my experience was brilliant with Napthens They were very friendly, informative but very professional Any concerns I had they were there with a guiding hand Although they were all brilliant I dealt mainly with Greg who I cannot thank enough He kept me informed all the way of the "what, why when and cost etc" and if I was unsure of anything he helped me through it He was a credit to Napthens Will definitely be using them again

I chose Napthens to help me, and i was assigned Shakeela Bi to help me with my case.

From start to finish, Shakeela has been brilliant, she spoke me through every element of my case, and gave me clear advice on what options where open to me. Her communication has been great and I felt that Shakeela has had my best interests at heart throughout this process, i’m very thankful for all her knowledge.

Despite an Initial positive experience in the end the communication was incredibly disappointing. They lack the ability to admit mistakes were made.

Its been my absolute misfortune to have to deal with this company and 8 cannot advise people strongly enough not to use.
My initial complaint around 2 years ago was due to lack of communication and nothing has changed.
3 weeks ago I asked a question and I'm still waiting for a response. I don't know how they think its acceptable to be charging us as beneficiaries thousands of pounds for what I can only describe as sheer incompetence.
I have complained to the commission but in the meantime we have to deal with the ongoing issues.
The case handler needs sacking and they need to hand this over to a solicitors that actually know what they're doing.

I have dealt with Napthens for many years on both a personal and business level. I have always found their service and knowledge exceptional. It is very rare to find a solicitor that actually answers the phone! No matter what department or legal professional you deal with, you are always provided with a direct dial number, allowing you to speak directly to the legal professional handling your matter. Cases are not passed from pillar to post, so you don't have to explain you situation/matter repeatedly before getting to the nitty gritty of the issue. Matters are always deal with swiftly and efficiently, with regular updates/communication throughout. I recommend Napthens to family, friends, clients and business associates regularly with the confidence they will all receive the best service and will use them for all future transactions. total joke this company avoid at all costs took 12 months to sell a house via them when it came to completion day no monies were recived had to ring up to be told that there were technical issues and i would have to wait to recive solictor who dealt with my sale never answers emails or phone calls total diabolical company

Natalie took over my divorce after my original solicitor (different company) quit without telling me.
From the first contact she has been nothing but supportive and helpful through a horrible time.
I could always contact her quickly via email or phone call. Although divorce is far from easy. Shes made it as easy as it possibly could be. Would recommend this company. And Natalie is brilliant.

Dreadful. Ive been waiting weeks for a simple boiler plate document in order ro conclude a house purchase. I wouldn't engage personally, but unfortunately I'm on the receiving end of their shoddy service. Abysmal.

We were cautious choosing a solicitor but Napthens were recommended. Tracy and team helped us navigate some tricky areas, being open and honest. Tracy was very approachable, straight forward and and easy to work with. She earnt our trust, especially when we had to break the chain at short notice.

In the last two years I have recommended 3 or 4 new clients each one thought they were overcharged and none want to use them again, not just price but poor and totally inadequate service

Another friend of mine just completed a purchase of 4 houses, he swears he would never use them again

I purchased a house at auction and Napthens have been as difficult as difficult could be, the owners of the house are keen to complete, they are a charity “Crisis Care” however the solicitor at Napthens has been super uncooperative.

Napthens were once only a few short years ago one if not the best solicitors in Preston, now I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

Andy Vincent and Charlotte Shanks were fantastic throughout!

Highly recommend albeit with certain solicitors. We found the Southport branch a lot better than the Blackburn one and thus requested to change.

Andy was great and always easily contactable with Charlotte helping us speed up the completion process towards the end.

Napthens solicitors like to do is charge the customers account for everything they can.

The staff can be very rude and unprofessional.
We have used other local property solicitors in the past with a excellent and friendly experience.

Please be warned............
Don't make the same mistake it will cost you far more.

Gareth Jones and the team at the Liverpool branch made an incredibly difficult apartment sale and house purchase as smooth as it could possibly be for me. I felt like I was always in control, and Napthens pushed for my interests when it came to final negotiations. Reports and costings were all clear and easy to understand, and phone calls and emails were always responded to quickly. Such a difference from conveyancers I’ve used in the past. Would highly recommend, especially for complex leasehold transactions.
