Great customer service, better products than the generics of the local “warehouse” waterproofing options and fast free delivery.

Order came on two different days. Courier said this is how they got it from Nassboards. I wrote to Nassboards and they told me and proved is not their fault, so cannot blame them for the delay.
For me as a project manager what mattered is that I lost more than 1 day with this. Product is really good quality (used them before), they would have gotten 5 stars if it wasnt for the delay.

I bought a 900 x900 shower tray former and waste kit. Shower tray very good quality, very flat and square and good finish.
The waste was a little less quality; the kit came with a white cover. It looked a little ‘cheap’ in reality. I couldn’t see from the web page that there was a choice of waste covers and I bought another’ chrome’ cover for £24.00. It’s still a plastic cover with chrome finish but this looks much smarter.
Check the waste trap when you fit it by filling with water; it has a removable base cap which I checked was tight but still weeped a little. I applied a bead of sealant to the inner seal and it was fine.
Delivery is next day as stated.
Would use Nassboards again.

I’ve been using these 12mm tile backer boards with PU glue and stainless steel washers for several years now in wet rooms.
Fast installation and no problems with water getting through…

I have used Nassboards for a few years now and have their underfloor heating in most of our rooms. Their products are great, competitively priced, and the before and after service is even better!! I honestly can’t fault them. The one time we had a minor issue with a thermostat, they sorted it instantly with no quibbling. I would highly recommended Nassboards without hesitation. Thanks guys!!

I bought some shower niches from Nassboards - great quality, they look great and were much cheaper than similar alternatives offered by the other companies where we bought our bathroom furniture from. I needed to deal with customer services and they were helpful and responsive. I would be more than happy to use this company again.

Made 2 purchase in reasonably quick succession as I did not estimate my requirement correctly. The first product I received was an incorrect one but was more superior to that which I had ordered so no good reason to return. The second item was as I had ordered. Previous purchases with Nassboards have always been good value for money in my experience.
