I bought a new Deepal SO7 BEV
My new car was ready for pickup on the day agreed and Cody made sure I was comfortable with her before I drove her away. He called me a week later to ask how I was getting on with her and answered a few questions I had.
The whole experience from first sight to ownership, was smooth and easy. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

I met with a wonderful sales man, names Damien Perkins. He was professional, but very intune with the customer, namely me. There was no hard sell, just a sound knowledge of the car and he understood my requirements. His professionalism went over and above to what I've experienced from any sales person I've dealt with in my 50 years of driving.

Sales staff and car are great but software doesnt work and its a long process to fix
It was great dealing with them and answering questions. However when picking the car up there was an issue with the software. I was about to drive away but the sales staff wanted to check it with me and thankfully they did. They couldnt fix it there, its take a month to get it booked in for a software update date and whilst thats not the sales staff its frustrating its taking so long. My husband s car has the same issue and his isnt even booked in yet.

Really good deals on MG cars
Really good deals on MG cars. Have recommended to my family also. My daughter had a minor fault on hers- fixed without a quibble even though the car was 6 years old. Sales staff are not pushy but know their stuff!

Just received my new car today
Just received my new car today, from the start Terry Christopher kept me informed whilst waiting to collect it. I have had quite a few cars from Nathaniel’s and can only praise all the staff for their politeness and can honestly say nothing is to much trouble for them, any questions are always well received and answered. First class organisation. Can’t thank the team enough and would strongly recommend anyone to pay a visit if you are looking for a car brand new or second hand.

Colin was waiting for a phone call from yourselves to see whether you were able to transfer your funds rather that collect your new car. However I believe that Tom the assistant sales manager was on hand and able to hand the car over to yourself on the day you required without any issues.

Being told by transport a delivery time and a promise that never materialised. Also dealing with cash back to my self is unbelievable experience being told one thing by one person and another by a salesperson. The log book arrived before my money which still hasn’t been returned

With regards to the delivery of your vehicle, at present, UK ports are experiencing significant delays due to the substantial increase in vehicle imports, particularly from a number of new automotive brands entering the market. As a result, the process of unloading, processing, and releasing vehicles is taking longer than usual. Unfortunately, while vehicles are in transit and awaiting release at the port, we receive very limited information regarding the specific contents of individual shipping containers. In many cases, we do not know exactly which vehicles are available for collection until they have been processed and released by the port authorities the information we receive is often wrong and it sounds like this is what has occurred in your case. In reference to your cash back, please accept our apologies we have dropped the ball here, however your payment was processed on 29/05/26 so should be with you as soon as your bank can process it next week. In the mean time please feel free to contact the Sales Manager to check on the progress.
