Went in this morning to take a look at the mg hs the staff were amazing thank you to the lady who spoke to us first she was brilliant arranged a test drive immediately even though i didn't have a booking then speaking to justin all I can say is wow what an amazing person was so informative and very happy to help and accommodate and throughout the experience there was zero pressure to get the car did end up going ahead and ordering the car and justin again incredible was lovely and was happy to make jokes and keep everything light hearted all in all the team we're awesome in there as a motability customer sometimes it can be overwhelming going to show rooms but justin and the team couldn't have been any nicer so thank you so much!!

Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regard to car specs and system operations on which I was fully briefed before a test drive.

After I had carried out an extensive test drive on my own, they answered all my in-depth questions on systems etc that I needed clarification on.

I first attended the Cardiiff Penarth Road showroom in May of 2026.I was looking at different cars to replace my current Motability vehicle that was due for change in August. I was greeted by Sales Executive Elliot Cooze who discussed the various models of the MG range of cars that would suit. as a result of that visit i returned to the Cardiff showroom a week later and test drove the MG HS. The car was suitable and a decision was made to acquire the desired vehicle in red. I returned to the showroom on August the 10th to collect the vehicle. I was greeted by Sales Executive Shane Perry who explained that Elliot was on leave, Shane did all the necessary paper work. He explained all that was required and set up everything the way i needed it in the car. Shane made a telephone call to me the following Wednesday to confirm everything was running smoothly and that I was completely satisfied with the car. I was and I still am and very happy with the attention and service from all the staff who assisted at Nathanial Car Sales. THANK YOU.

Just bought a mg zs ev from Craig in Nathaniel car's Bridgend I've never had a EV before and he explained everything to me Craig is really down to earth and goes through everything I'm extremely pleased with everything

When i collected my vehicle at Bridgend it was supposed to have my private plates on
This was not the case, I was told ir was an admin error & was told I would need to bring it back to have the numbers replaced.
I had to drive a total of 40 miles to Swansea to get the matter resolved.
Also, the click mat that should come with the drivers side was an ordinary one that keeps moving & is a safety hazzard. When I asked for a correct mat, I was told it would cost £74.
Considering the inconvenience I had endured, I would have expected this as a gift for my inconvenience.
Swansea, to be fair were very good.
The salesman ,Sam, at Bridgend was always in a hurry & blamed every one but himself for the mistake.
I will not be reccommending Bridgend Nathanial motors to anyone

My experience with Nathaniel Cars was very positive. The salesman explained my options very well to purchase my new car. The most important thing is my new car so far, I am very pleased to own. The car had a fault with satnav still waiting for it to be fixed was told on 18th of June part would take 10 days to come as of 10th of August have not heard anything.
